I stayed at Pullman Brussels during 29-31 Aug. I forgot my light jacket at the closet at the room number 528 after checking out in the morning and immediately contacted the front desk immediately about this incident in the afternoon of 31th once I arrived at Paris and opened my luggage. The receptionist whom I talked to namely Leica promised to get back to me today. I also sent email to the hotel email address - H7431@accor.com to describe the situation including picture of the jackets branded Z Zegna valued of which when purchased is around $700. Today in the morning I made a follow up call again. The receptionist could not give me the answer but promised to get back to me today. As of now in the evening of Sep 1st, I still have not received any response from the hotel. Can you help to follow up or else provide me email address of the GM. I don't feel that they give priority to my case at all.
Claimed loss: Want compensation if hotel cannot find the jacket.
