There is no number to call anyone when trying to deal with a problem with All Accor.
The online forms are so prescriptive you can't put a complaint forward if it is outside the narrow scope whoever developed the forms had.
The calculations for nights and points doesn't match the documented format.
My first foray into travel since Covid. I was a Platinum Marriott member prior to covid, thought I would give All Accor a try. So far I think I might go back to Marriott...
Recommendation: The hotels themselves appear to be okay but everyone I have stayed at in January appeared to be under some level of repair. The rewards program appears to be substandard and unhelpful. If you are looking for assistance try Marriott. Their rewards program is slower but when you have a problem you can get on the phone and talk to someone.
