Send me my parcel as soon as possible. My parcel is in Tawau but havent updated since now. My delivery address is in Semporna.

tracking no: [protected]. Marked as delivered, but not so. The Perai office admitted cheating and give excuse as mistake . What a joke!
This is NOT the first time!

I asked to talk to the Perai branch manager, but they refused.

I want compensation! I have to spend a lot of effort contacting China to trace the problem, only to find out that ABX was the culprit!

Please reply by today!

The service representative is so slow. Through the tracking no. my parcel have already arrived 3 days ago but when I went to the shop, the owner said not yet arrive. The owner and his wife is not kind to customer, always scold the customer if they ask about their parcel. Can you please choose another shop to be your representative in this Kanowit Town, Sarawak?

I have send out a parcel to my friend's on 1st FEB 2021 ( CN: [protected] ) but he only received it yesterday on 25th FEB 2021.
It's really over due and the parcel received in COMPLETE DAMAGED.
The box have completely broken (tear up) and it also unseal by the courier person without our knowledge/permission and reseal back like a garbage!
I have ask Mr Fazli, the person in charge for PEN but he pushed my case to his worker, Ravethi.
When I ask his worker, I've been told that i need to refer to him.
Am I am a ball that your worker can pass me like a plaything?
I'm very upset, KINDLY INVESTIGATE MY CASE IMMEDIATELY

I have been tracking my package delivered by the courier company ABX (ABX:SHP14978601DMY). The package arrives to the city on the 19th Feb and the status was updated to "Parcel is out for delivery" on the 22nd Feb, I decided to stay at home and waited the whole day for it. No one came, heard no doorbell or driver honking, and suddenly the status was updated as "Delivery attempt failed. Hold by ABX". I know this was a lie. No one came or made any attempt to deliver the package. I reviewed the footage from the security camera and there was no sign of anyone from ABX came to the house. The next day on the 23rd Feb, the status was again updated to "Parcel is out for delivery". It's 7.30pm. Again, no deliveries came.

my parcel status SHP72284194DMY not updated.

The abx called me this evening, then told me that my parcel has arrived so I told them to place my parcel in the usual place where all courier placed our parcel in the lobby, tower b one borneo. But when I went down to pick up my parcel, I cannot find my parcel. Do you really place my parcel at tower b or tower a. I already contacted the abx number that call me this evening but havent received any response. Do please help me to give response about this bcs ive been waitung for my parcel to arrive too long already so this was unexpected.

I've received an empty parcel for my order by Abx Express Courier. The Abx Express tracking number is SHP44520169DMY. On 20/01/2021 the parcel have arrived at East Malaysia ABX Express (SBX) Sabah Branch and its departed to Abx Express (SBW) Sibu Branch at the same day and have been arrived at their Sibu Branch on 22/01/2021. On the next day 23/01/2021 the parcel is out for delivery, unfortunately they didn't find my address so they keep my parcel stuck at their storage for almost two weeks until today 3rd February 2021. And today, after waiting so long I am very mad because I've received an empty parcel from Abx Express. To Abx Express side, I hope you can find your worker that stole my goods and return it back to me soon.

Here are my complaint and view for your services in my place at Pitas Sabah.
1. Your staff did not inform that the parcel are already in the office for the costumer to take.
2. Your opening hours here are terrible late. How come the office open at 10.20am?!
3. Queuing so long to take the parcels and nearly took 1 hours and there's no place to sit at all too.
4. Staff are rude and finding for the parcels for so long and they didn't arrange the parcels nicely in the office, is really like a pile of trash. That is the reason why people waiting so long.
5. Please change your staff here. I know they are all they are one family who are working for your company.
6. Please hire a responsible staff!

I'm so mad ABX express agent failed to deliver my parcel twice and no attempt to deliver afterwards. I called their customer services to try to deliver my parcel again but they didn't even try. I already wait both of my parcel for 2 weeks. In the end I'm shocked they plan to return my parcel to the shipper without any notice! Without any notice! If they are unable to deliver my parcel I can collect it myself. Why do this? Unbelievable!

I had two parcels from shopee. Two of my parcels MY2009254296586 and MY205356728071V had reached abx express sibu branch on 4/1/2021. Up till now (9/1/2021), I did not receive any of my parcels. Today when I traced my parcels, it was written items successfully delivered, and yet I didn't receive any!
Please send my parcels to me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The items are urgent!

My tracking number shx93123365cmy stated it delivered on 28 dec 2020 even I still didnt received any parcel from abx express courier

My parcel arrived in Kota Kinabalu since 16Dec2020 but till now after 10days, my parcel still hold by ABX KOTA KINABALU. I need my parcel send to ABX TENGHILAN without any delay like this. ABX very bad service.

Apa yang membuatkan saya kesal..Barangan ini dihantar kerumah ketika tiada orang dirumah.Dan item ini seolah² dicampak sahaja.bayangkan jika item ini mengalami rosak/pecah? Atau paling teruk di curi? Adakah pihak abx akan bertanggungjawab?Diharap pihak pengurusan dapat menyiasat hal ini..Sebab perkara ini sepatutnya tidak berlaku.Fikirkan berapa kerugian pelanggan jika perkara tidak diingini berlaku..
