Sir,

Last Month (29.09.21) While withdrawing from Mashreq bank ATM Machine (100Aed) (Machine No-SRU1201) AT 7.54pm machine did not dispense cash but the amount debited from ADCB Account. I put complaint to Mashreq bank and bank asked to inform Adcb and then after Mashreq will take care and refund the amount to ADCB account.
Kindly take necessary action to refund the refund the amount to the same Adcb account.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] eosb on hold

Just received my Eosb today and my account was immediately put on hold. I immediately contacted an ADCB customer service representative asking for necessary documents I needed to present to unhold my EOSB. But he only gave me 5 working days to provide those documents otherwise my EOSB will be used to cover up my existing loan. Please enlighten me about this.

Hi adcb you last year 28/07/2021 my eosb hold and deduct my all loan amount. total loan amount is aed 13,500 but they deduct aed16,500 from my eosb aed 20,000 and retuned aed 3,500. I don't know why the deduction extra amount. the problem is now again bill came for to pay my closed loan after one year 28/7/2022. after closing all loan with extra amount, and till now credit card is blocked then why came closed loan again me. please sort out.

My card last degit is 3432

I hope adcb take action on it.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Warning to the business community and investors who wish to open an account in adcb

Firstly, this is absolutely my first negative review I write online ever on any business in my 33 adult working years. My nature is to walk away if I face issues or bad service and let the natural process in the business world take its course, in fact; when you see all my reviews, you will notice that I write only good reviews for businesses who excel and walk away quietly when I have a bad experience, but in this case, I was stretched beyond my limits & ADCB caused us huge losses.

I've been in business for 30 years. Never had issues with any bank and if I did, we always managed to communicate and solve it professionally and respectfully, clean track record so to speak. Out of the blue ADCB (Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank) decided to block/freeze my account with no explanation whatsoever and zero communication. For SME businesses, this is extremely damaging & devastating, especially in the current post-Covid tough times that we are all experiencing where the cash flow is low as it is.

I called my account manager, the only response is got from him: "I am in India on holiday, can't help you. Contact my colleague Arif". I called Arif, who answered quite literally only the first time and said, I shall check and get back to you. Followed up with him for any response: -

* At least 30 to 40 calls, he never answered my phone calls.

* I called the bank customer service numerous times, no one is able to help, they all refer me back to Arif, who never return our cry for some sort of clear communication on what's going on.

* After few days I finally managed to get hold of their manager's number thinking someone surely in the managerial position will care more about the bank clients when I called him, and I started explaining, he suddenly cut me off in less than a minute of the phone saying he is on holiday & asked me to call Arif again & hung up the phone, the call didn't last more than a minute.

* I sent nearly 20 to 30 emails to Arif, customer service, the original account manager who is on holiday with no response whatsoever.

Surprisingly after at least 100 trials to reach Arif, I sent one last message stating that I will complain to the central bank and take this issue publicly, he finally decided to answer with one line: - "your case is with the higher management". That is the only explanation and response I got from him! Believe it or not, I have no clue what is the case, no one explained to me what did we do wrong that it became a case & our account is blocked!

I am all about following the law, and if ADCB needs to do any due diligence or if the bank suspects any suspicious transactions, I am more than happy to cooperate and furnish whatever details they might require! isn't the right approach is to communicate the process clearly with the client explaining what the issue is & why the account is blocked?! Isn't the professional approach to ask the client to provide evidence, documentation, trade license, etc. so we can clear the issue and move forward rather than act unjustly and with a total lack of transparency?

To date, we are in the dark and these funds are used for business transactions! ADCB (Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank) decided to freeze our account without explanation, without communication and decided to ignore our 100 calls, emails, and messages. I still can't believe this is actually happening!

The purpose of this review is 1. To warn investors so they don't fall into the same trap as me, it's very painful nightmare so please be wary and 2. I am still hoping that someone, anyone professional from the management will finally contact us to explain what is going on! What's the wrong thing we have done! What is our crime!

Desired outcome: Someone from the management to hear us out to solve the matter

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] I am complaining about loan clearance letter.

We have 4 equipment financed from bank & cleared on one time settlement on march.24, 2021. of total amount AED.108, 610. with transaction no. FJB2108309422699 through collection account No. [protected]. But till date we are waiting for our clearance letter. our equipment still block from muroor. We are contacting Mr Mohammad al Yasin (Associate Collections). Now he is not attending our calls & even not responding our emails. So kindly do the needful & solve our issue on priority.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Harassment by collection department

For last 1 month, I have been experiencing harassment from ADCB collection department team in spite of the fact which I sent in the email as well as on the phone about my inability to pay the dues at this moment. I have even told them to do the legal action, respect country's law and judiciary system, you already have my signed cheque which you can even deposit or bounce if case of lack of required fund. However, initially I asked them to offer some discount because of my many months unpaid and still having salary reductions, as well as recently my family members including me got covid positive, for the treatment, I spent lots of money which I had borrowed from various sources. I told them for now either you can settle in the amount which I am requesting, otherwise can take legal action as per your bank policy, later on once my situation will be better, can negotiate again with the bank and settle. However, many calls are still on, Dennis threatened to send someone to company, many emails from different persons and places, calls to company still continued. Few days back, person I believe he is Dennis only sent me the message which I am attaching here by mentioning that from Immigration he has collected my other details including HR manager email and will notify him for the same. I would definitely be eager to know whether immigration is really sharing confidential information of someone or they really allowed to disclose any such privacy data or this person is just blaming to immigration, is he really allowed to do so and using ADCB name in place of his own name. I have earlier sent email to him and collection department to stop harassing me since my health condition is also still not good and I am not able to handle any kind of pressure or torture, still this is continuing.

Desired outcome: All kinds of harassments to be stopped immediately

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Error in cash deposit machine

I deposit 10000 dhs to my account through deposit machine at dragon mart 1 dubai but there was technical problem in machine which hang my deposit and didn't show me any reciept..after 2days waiting and complains they only redeposit 9000 saying that there were many deposits done but due to error in machine we couldn't find exact money which was deposited by customers during that time..that's not my problem, whatever technique they use to find out the amount deposited by other customers and me are exactly what amount.. there excuse is that i didn't count my money in front of machine before depositing..that doesn't make sense I'm 100% sure i deposit 10000..
This complain already took 3 days but still n9 positive response from the bank.
The coustomer service is really bad and slow processing.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] attitude and miscommunication

i went to elmokatam branch in Cairo, Egypt on 11/5/2021 to get a letter for traffic, I met Mrs. Iman From the Customer service and the bank debited my account with the expenses. she told me 5 working days to receive it which's mean 20/5/2021.
on 24/5/2021 i went to the bank, however, she told me the letter is not ready because the five working days not passed. and instead of apologizing about the delay, she starts to argue with me and she was very nervous and talking in a bad attitude to try to convince me that the 5 working days not passed.
I met her manager Mr. Mohamed who apology to me and admitted that there's a delay from the bank side and someone will call me on 25 /5/2021 to come and receive it. however, nobody contacted me and when i contacted them they told me is not ready so far.
and now due to this dealy from the bank side and this bad attitude, i need a formal apology from the bank side and a deep investigation why my paper had been delayed.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Credit shield approval due to lost of job

ADCB Credit Card with Card No. [protected]

1.I lost my job and receive the Termination Letter sometime in July 2020, I applied for the Credit Shield Application and submitted all the necessary documents sometimes at the end of July 2020. My outstanding Credit Balance at that time was 13, 583 AED.

2. On 9th September 2020, I received an email and a call that my application for the Credit Shield was approved and mentioning the total amount approved was the same as 13, 583 AED. with a condition that the amount is paid by the Insurance in 3 monthly payments. Furthermore, they told me in that same email to submit my current status such as a copy of my Visa if any, a copy of my Passport on all Pages, and a Letter of Confirmation that currently No Job.

3. I complied with all their requests and submitted in monthly from October 2020 till January 2021.

4. After they made 1st payment in October 2020 which is 700 AED out of the 13, 583AED outstanding, they made changes and they informed me that they only approved 4, 700AED out of 13, 583 which in the first place they already approved all the total outstanding.

5. Now, the total Outstanding Balance on my Credit Card goes back to 13, 583 AED and keeps on increasing due to late payment fees and other charges. Again, a third party TASHEEL is kept on calling and harassing me despite I informed them that I'm struggling and no job.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Services agents purposefully not processing documentation to avoid cancellation

Good day

Last year, for about 4 months I had an issue getting my relationship manager at ADCB, Mr preevan Kumar to initiate the cancellation process of a policy.

Once he finally assisted with the process, I sent through the required documents, all signed and via telephonic communication was informed that this process was resolved.
It has come to my attention that the policy is still in force and had been deducted from my account for the last 4 months.When I attempt to communicate with the responsible agents via email, they insist of informal communication channels and attempt to insinuate that I am at fault.
These representatives are not willing to own up to their mistakes nor correct the process of deducting funds from my account with out my approval
I am disgusted by this level of service delivery
This is not the first problem I am having
I will be changing service providers ASAP

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] cancellation of Fixed Deposit application

I am a customer of ADCB commercial banking.
and I was in contact with RM to cancel some functioning issues of online banking and requested of cancellation of my 2 FD's and this correspondence is going on from 4th February 2021 with RM MR Majid Ashraf. I had subimmited a written signed application to solve the matter but haven't got any positive response so far the only reply was it's in the process.
Management changed the RM and the new RM is not even reachable. I have no clues where and how to react.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Collection Department Fraudulent action

Dear ADCB, I was your Customer for how many years. Last year, I have experienced Salary reduction at 50% from April to August then I lost my job. Since then collection Department was calling me and I was seeking for help until one day I was asked to forward my reduction letter and untill now have no reply. November 2020 I got a new job, of course I have to adjust, too many liabilities. I didn't get the salary I was expected because of covid 19. This new job salary contract was forwarded again as they were requested. But untill now NO HELP. I ask collection Dept help for the settlement and one of the guy said settlement was approved and already settled to pay principle amount I paid 400 and they asked 1k aed and until one day another collector is calling again telling me that it was not settled and nothing was happen. Can you explain pls. My CREDIT to my Credit card was only 8k plus now it's 16k + AED... I CANT PAY NOW.. I NEED SETTLEMENT to pay it monthly..the real person that can help my..ANY HELP.. send me on my email plssss... I have also family and grandmother and grandfather who needs my help. Thanks

Dear team,

Kindly requesting you to provide my clearance letter /NOC for my credit card, becouse I already done my settlement of my credit card through Tahseel on 2019 with Mr. Mohammed Anas Rahim (collection agent Tasheel). But after that also I am getting monthly statement lot of time I called to Mr. Anas he told I ready submitted my clearance letter to ADCB bank total 5000aed I paid my settlement (2000 in feb 2019 and 3000 mar 2019) after that he with few working days he will send the clearance letter, so here I am requesting my clearance letter urgent basis

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Freezed and hold my eosb

Hi, my name is Shaun and from April till mid-November, I was on forced leave without pay. I have applied for 6 months deferment from my personal loan with ADCB and got approved. My next installment is December 15, 2020.
I was hired and got a new job. My EOSB gratuity was credited to my account on 8th December. I contacted ADCB and asked them how can I unfreeze my EOSB. They told me to wait for 2 days and they will email me what to do.
I received the email from them on 9th December and they were asking for Final Settlement/ Breakdown and failure to reply within 4 days will lead them to settle the full EOSB towards my loan. So the next day I emailed them what they've requested. I've been asking them the status after a week but unfortunately, on 16th December they settled the full amount against my personal loan. I have sent them what they need but why they still take my EOSB?
Please help and advise what I should do. I'm not getting any single dirham for the past 7 months and the only I hope to keep on track is my EOSB.
I have a new job and can resume the repayments.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] This refers to the transactions made in my debit card without sending me sms or email for information. Or even email for my information.

Today, I drop in ATM machine for cash inquiry. I have debit balance amount of AED 7, 217.67 as of Nov. 22, 2020 in my account. But to my surprise there was insufficient funds and receipt appears of negative AED20, 326.92.
No information in email and even SMS I received from anybody to have this withdrawal or transactions.
But when I call the ADCB call center, I was informed that it was a certain person in collection department who make the transactions without any information on my end for this purpose.
Can any bank employee can make any transactions or even not informing through email or SMS to your customer to make any transactions. This is not acceptable as your your customer since 2015.
Hence, I humbly request to revert back this amount.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Fraudulent transactions happened, bank never noticed me before approval

I have adcb account, I have already lost 15, 000 AED because of fraudulent use of account details which has happened, where bank was permitted to deliver money to frauds without personally messaging me either via registered mobile number or via email, I have been asking them for support of the issue, but they seem to be irresponsible for the loss of money. If I had been noticed via email or my number I would have not let my money loss my final option is to neither use the account for any salary transfer and prefer some other bank

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Unauthorised debit card transaction

URGENT
This is related to a transaction dispute case for a fraud transaction of AED 8083.47 thru my ADCB debit card XXXX0750 linked to account no. XXXXX132001 on 5-Nov-2020 at 6:30PM by Farfetch.com, GB.
I have called ADCB CC immediately and got the card blocked and have raised the dispute request also for cancellation of the transaction and immediate reversal of the amount back to the account.
Note that my debit card is kept very safe with me and is rarely used other than the ATM withdrawals. I am worried about how safe is my money with your bank if the debit card is getting compromised from nowhere.
I am looking forward to immediate action and resolution

this bank is totaly irresponsible bank same happen with me i lost without verification 1100 aed and i called bank i told stoped my amount because showing on adcb app amount on hold they said we dont have acces to stoped money.means basicly that in secure and staff not proper gide.they said your g pay active in 20 oct in india and they didnt verification some staff said wallet u can use in tranfer mony how come i asked they dont have anwer.how we ll keep money in your bank.

branch sharjah (al meena street) amount dhs. 11000 they promise to give
clearance from your side.

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Personal loan

I'm a customer for 2 yrs, I had applied for personal to up loan, unfortunately, I applied since 8/10 but still did not receive any updates. One of bank member told me this delay because of net work for 2 days.. My account manager told me reasons completely different than I heared from loan person..
I'm sorry to tell that, if I know this I should transfer my account to bank that can respect time..

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank [ADCB] Credit card

No dispute for euro transactions in my credit card, blaming me of sharing my details, accusing me using samsung app for the transaction. No proper investigation, not secured credit card, anyone can copy the card, the the customer will suffer for a big amount of loss because of euro transaction. I will make sure my company will know how I was being treated by adcb investigation team. Very disappointed and I will not recommend your bank

Be careful with your credit card with adcb, they will not support you. Dont end up like me disappointed and upset. The only solution is to report the incident to the police station and file a complaint. Such a great advise from investigation team, adcb will not dispute the transactions. So sad that i trust adcb. CENTRAL BANK should be aware of my case with ADCB

I am 11 years old customer to adcb bank I have made loan top up they have proceed well and I received short payemnt and asking for more clarification there is no response from bank, very worst experiece and collection team calling me and infomed that they will take action I have never faced such issues last 11 years, I hope its customer rights to ask more clarification about our personal loan amount.
