ABSA Bank review: natis documents requested

We went in on the 2019/07/26 to get Mr HD Viljoens - (ID [protected]) Natis documents, I paid R325.00 for the Natis Request forms and the lady who helped me was Marietjie Nienaber. She said it will take round about 4weeks.
On the 2019/08/23 my dad went back to Marietjie to get feedback from her and she said she is going to send it again to a different lady this time.

When I went in today 2019/09/09 to Marietjie she said she doesn't have feedback yet, so I told her i'm going to wait here till I have feedback. When she phone both the persons to whom she send the Natis request documents through they didn't received the email from Marietjie on the 2019/07/26 & 2019/08/23.

Now i'm back to square one!
