So went into ABC Warehouse on 2/17/2021 in hopes of buying a sectional. We were helped by salesperson Dean at the Monroe St location in Toledo, OH. Purchased the Westwood sectional, power pug. Was originally told, "you might get this as soon as Saturday"... You can imagine we were so excited... Then after we had made the purchase we were told"oh, the sofa part of the sectional is on back-order, so you'll have to wait a couple of weeks"and I was initially fine with that... A couple of weeks comes and goes and I call up to check on the status and was told"oh, sorry now we are waiting on the wedge" and I said we'll weren't we just waiting on the soda before... Basically gave me the run around about how everything has to come in at the same time. Here we are, it is now July 14th, so basically 5 months later... Still no word on when I will get my sectional. I'm sorry, but if this salesman had been upfront about how long it would take, I would have delightfully declined the purchase... But now here I am making payments on a sectional that I don't have and therefore can't enjoy. Very disappointed in the way this has been handled.
Desired outcome: Poor, still no sectional 5 months later
Why don't you just ask for a refund?
As stated in review I am but he said I might get it this week which is why I am giving them a week. Guess you didn't read the full review.
I am having the same issue with a chair which is the Westwood recliner. The have had me waiting 4 months and still no idea when I will get it, The sales person said delivery gets priority over picking the chair up at the store. Unfortunately they won't deliver at my address. This seems unfair to me. I am going to wait one more week and then ask for a full refund. I already have two Westwood couches but at this point it isn't worth the wait and hassle. I already paid for it as well.
