This cargo company provides absolutely unreliable service.
There is no proper delivery timeframe—at booking, they might say 10, 25, or 40 days depend on our plan which we choose, but after dispatch, they completely ignore follow-up enquiries. The delivery period is unclear, unguaranteed, and entirely dependent on customs clearance.
If we tracking often shows “waiting for customs clearance,” and they claim there is nothing they can do, meaning a shipment could take one month or even one year.
On top of that, deliveries are made in the middle of the night, causing huge inconvenience. To make matters worse, delivery agents demand extra money for each parcel, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Overall, this is the worst cargo experience, with poor communication, zero accountability, and no respect for customers.

Recommendation: Not to recommend at all
