ABC Cargo — cargo not yet delivered
What the dash is this. One month before I send the cargo through your service by paying 11 dhs per kg and had a commitment from your company that I will receive the items with in 15 days from the date of submit
But till today it is 30 days crossed. Till now I didn't receive the items and I am backed to ras al khaimah
This is bad service and I recommend all friends not to send your items through this stupid company
And they don't know how to talk to the customer.
Me and my friend send the items together and he received. I didn't receive till now.
When I called the ras Al khaimah office they blamed calicut office. When I call calicut office they blame ras Al khaimah office.

My Cargo by the same company from Jubail Saudi Arabia has not reached after 1 year and 7 months and there is no information shared by cargo offices, they have either closed their offices or closed all contacts. And there are several similar cases waiting for their Cargo...please share the office contact if you are able to contact them..
