ABC Cargo review: ABC Cargo and Courier

I've sent three consignments containing household items, educational books of my sons and other valuable items through ABC Cargo on June 24, 25, 2023 and another on 29 June 2023.

They promised me that the shipments will get delivered to my address in Srinagar, India within 20 to 25 working days but till now they have not delivered them.

When I kept on enquiring about the shipments, they are blaming the Indian customs authorities and say they are slowly doing their work and sometimes are partially blocking the clearance procedures.

When I enquire from the Indian Customs, they said the authority has never blocked the clearance.

It has been almost 3 months and still I don't have any clue where my shipments are.

Despite charging me extra amount for the items for the faster delivery,  everytime ABC people say the consignments will reach to me by next week. They don't bother to expedite the procedure.

I have told them repeatedly that my kids education is suffering because of non availability of books which are untraceable in their cargo because of their unprofessional behaviour.

I request you to help me out of this dire situation and warn ABC people so that they cannot dupe or take anyone for a ride for their own interests.
