237 Global no help whatsoever

I paid for a vip experience for the "RUSSELL CROWE'S INDOOR GARDEN PARTY" in Tulsa Ok on 08/17/24. The Order No is: 339421. Order Code is: [protected]. The email that I received from The River Spirit Casino Resort only gave the following information regarding the logistics of the event. The email said "Will Call tickets will be available for pick up at the Will Call window after 5:00 pm on the day of the show. " It gave no further instructions regarding the meet and greet so I showed up a full hour before the event started to try to get more information. When I showed up to the will call booth, they informed me that the meet and greet had already happened and that I missed it. They said that I should have received an email giving me the instructions that the meet and greet will happen earlier that same day. I never received such an email. I walked around the event trying to find someone to assist and finally found the person who was the Casino's representative in charge of assisting with the meet and greet. This person's name was Jamie Crouch the "Entertainment Manager." Jamie tried her best to assist me but there wasnt much that she could do at this point. She gave me the VIP company's only contact information which was the folowing email address [protected]@237global.com. I emailed them several times before the event in an attempt to get more info on the meet and greet and never received any sort of response. I also emailed them several times after the event to get assistance and there was still no response. I even went to the companys website and used their "suppport page" and yet again still no response. It was incredibly disappointing to have driven 2 hours and spent so much money on a ticket and completely miss out on the the VIP Experience. At the very least they could have refunded the cost of my ticket $278.89.

Recommendation: STAY FAR AWAY from 237 global

237 Global Fall out boy vip package

Hi,

On the 27th October all 4 of my family members, 2 of us having VIP tickets, went to see Fall Out Boy at the First Direct Arena. It was an amazing night i’ll never forget, but what really let it down was the VIP tickets we purchased. For two seated VIP tickets we payed well over £400 for a view that was really far away and limited due to smoke around the stage, and also to receive cheap merchandise.

Also, on the night we were handed 2 pieces of paper that said Magic 8 Ball token, and without any explanation of what to do with these. After researching and asking questions about it on X (formerly known as twitter) we were informed by someone who went to the show that we were meant to get a physical Fall Out Boy magic 8 ball. When in the stadium, we didn't see anything of the sort and nor were we instructed on where to get these and therefore left without them.

Following from this, we also attended the Manchester show on the 29th October with standard seating tickets. Upon arrival we asked where to find the VIP stand to go and ask someone who works for 237 Global about the magic 8 balls. When we got there we were helped and instructed by Sam and Phoebe to email the support email in the guarantee that you would send us a Magic 8 ball. This was really helpful, until we emailed and were told that they could not be shipped after the show, without a reason given, even though if previous complaints on here I have read that merch has been intended to have been shipped to people. Since then they have been ignoring our follow up emails to this issue.

This is extremely disappointing for us as we have paid a large amount of money for an experience and merch, which we feel we have been robbed of by not receiving a part of the package that many others have. At manchester we were told there were only enough magic 8 balls to provide for the VIP ticket holders there, meaning the 2 magic 8 ball’s we rightly deserve must be somewhere, and therefore available to send to us.

Also considering the fact that at Manchester, we could see the same bags we received at Leeds but with the Magic 8 ball’s inside of them, unlike ours. This could have been easily prevented if this action was taken at Leeds as well.

We are extremely upset with this outcome and even more so that 237 Global are now ignoring our email request for a customer service/ complaints phone number and we are now having to resort to posting complaints online. We hope this can be resolved soon before further action is taken.

237 Global Celestial colleagues vip package

In March 2023 I bought the Celestial Colleagues vip package for the Smashing Pumpkins World is a Vampire tour featuring Stp. I paid $477.00. through Ticketmaster. Fast forward to 3 days before the concert on 8/6. I receive the itinerary through email, everything’s fine. On the night of the concert I arrive by 7:00(mind u check in time is 4:30-8:30) & park in the Vip entrance. The drive to park was long so I made sure to continue saying Vip to get to the right lot. So I park, & by the time I got into the ticket line it was abt 7:30. I checked in saying Vip, they scanned my ticket & sent me to the Pit line to get my wristband. Per the instructions sent by 237 global, I was supposed to receive my VIP pass & Merch at check in. Once I got my wristband I asked where to go to get my Vip pass &

Merch & they told me to go to guest services. So I went here, told the issue & they sent me back to the check in line . I explained the situation and the attendant told me the Vip line was gone! She said, yea…there was a line but idk where it went!(completely nonchalant)I asked her what I was supposed to do .& she simply told me “we were told to tell u guys to email Ticketmaster”! I then went around asking different employees just in case they knew something different! So, I spent $477.00 and didn’t receive 50%and frankly the most important part)of the Vip package, including No Vip pass to go backstage and possibly meet the band or Any of the Merch. ! I can’t understand how a Vip line just disappears out of the blue an Hour before check in time is over. & the total lack of professionalism or general care that’s seen from the employees working that area. I still would love to know how many others lost out on the supposed Vip experience that night & if they were told the same thing as me. A day after the concert I called Ticketmaster to let them know what happened & to reach out to the 237 global & ask why the vip experience was handled so poorly & why I didn’t receive half of what I should have after paying $477.00. 237 global mare absolutely no attempts to give me any kind of answer or offer to remedy the situation. It is not my fault the employees who were supposed to be doing their jobs decided to leave early or not show up at all. For the record, I still have no idea if there was even a Vip line in the first place! I never saw one person walking around with merch! Bottom line now, I need a response from this company, an explanation as to why the Vip line was nonexistent, & when I will be refunded at least 50% of what I paid or sent the merch by mail & refunded at least 25%.

237 Global VIP merch package

I purchased a the Clairo Sling Tour VIP merch package for the rescheduled concert in Philadelphia at the Electric Factory on 7/19/22. The venue was not able to provide me with my merch package, and I was told it would be mailed to me as soon as possible. After multiple emails and requests to the 237 global help desk, I have been promised the shipment of my merchandise multiple times but one year later, have still never received the goods that I purchased. The VIP experience was not worth the money I paid without receiving the physical merchandise, and I have to this date never been offered a refund or any other avenue for recompense. I believe this organization is a scam who never intended to deliver the promised goods. I will never be booking a show through them again, and I will instruct my friends and family to do the same.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology as well as my merchandise, or a full refund for the VIP experience.
