ZPM Management ain't good, man
ZPM Management ain't good, man. The *** Apartments are a mess and the staff treats you like garbage. They take forever to fix anything. My oven was busted for half a year, I froze my butt off for a whole month 'cause they didn't fix the heat, and my garbage disposal was out of commission for a month too. Not cool, ZPM.

Me and my boy had a lease with Polo Run that ended on April 14, 2022. We had to pay $500 deposit when we moved in. We tried to reach out to Polo Run and ZPM, but all we got was a recording. We had some trouble with our forwarding address, but that was fixed more than 6 weeks ago. We left the apartment super clean and even took photos, so we're hoping to get a check soon.

I rented an apartment with ZPM Management from May 6 to May 5, 2022. My rent was supposed to be $334.73, but my auto-pay paid the full amount of $1685.00 on May 1, 2022. ZPM Management said I have to wait 30 days after moving out to get my refund check and security deposit. Here are the details: Move in Date - May 6 Move out Date - May 5, 2022 Security Deposit - $500 Refund Owed before Utilities - $1350.27 Total Owed Back to me = $1850.27.

I ain't had no AC for 2 days now
I ain't had no AC for 2 days now. Maintenance says it just needs freon which takes like 30 mins tops to fill. But it's hotter than hell up in my 2nd floor crib, like 95 degrees and up. My pets is pantin' and pukin' from the heat. When I threatened to call the housing department, they said go ahead, they ain't gonna do nothin'. Then they gave me a weak-[censored] window unit that barely cools down one room. Next day they said they'd be here in 2 hours at 9am. It's now almost 4pm and I ain't heard nothin'. Called maintenance at 3pm and they said they'd call the manager and get back to me. Ain't heard nothin' yet. Ain't nobody in the office, they don't answer emails, and voicemail is full so I can't even leave a message.
