Refund of money for poor service by stratix
Hello everyone, Stratix immigration consultancy is a scam, I got to know them in 2018 through net but they were been lieing to me from the start and put pressure on me to get IELTS score of 8777, which I was not able to acheive till now and when I asked for my refund of my money that I paid 6200, they provided visit visa option demanding property assets as proof which I am not able to also provide, it's a very bad experience with Stratix Consultants, their manager is out of country anytime you enquire or out off reach, These guys are scammers and cheaters,stay far away from Stratix Consultants.
Can anyone suggest how to catch these people and get back my money? Is there any law legally in UAE to catch and punish their scamming moves towards innocent people.

I was really disappointed with the service I received from Stratix Consultants. I thought they were going to help me with my immigration case, but instead they just took my money and ran. It was a big mistake to trust them.
When I first contacted them, they seemed really friendly and helpful. They promised to take care of everything and assured me that my case was in good hands. But as soon as they got my money, everything changed. They stopped answering my calls and emails, and I couldn't get any updates on my case.
I had to call them multiple times just to get through to someone. And when I finally did, they were really rude and unhelpful. It was like they didn't even want to do their job. They didn't seem to care about my case at all.
To make matters worse, they didn't even save my profile in their system. So every time I called, I had to start from scratch and explain my situation all over again. It was really frustrating and time-consuming.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend Stratix Consultants to anyone. They're a Mafia company that doesn't care about their clients. Save your money and go somewhere else.
