my invention
I paid patent services $6000 to get my patent to patent pending and enter trade shows, after that they had little communication with me about my invention, they kept pressuring me for more money and wouldn't communicate with me about my invention entering trade shows, I called them several times. In november 2018 they ended all services and kept my idea and would call me anymore after I called and left messages

We reviewed your account and can confirm all services were rendered for your provisional application per the contract you signed on June 15, 2017. In the contract, it states that provisional applications may be upgraded within 12 months to file for a formal utility application. We sent reminders of this time sensitive need and from our records you did not choose to upgrade. Furthermore, PSU provided support to address your questions regarding the process as we did not formally separate from you until Nov. 27, 2018, 5 months after your noted expiration date of June 15, 2018. In response to your request, we also provided all the documents to you via email on Nov. 29, 2019 as proof of our services rendered. Rest assure, PSU is committed to our clients and our confidentiality clause that shares we do not own, keep or use your invention in any matter.
