This place is a mess! They don't even follow the HOA rules. The parking is a disaster. An ambulance couldn't even get through because there were too many cars on the street. The rules say no parking overnight, but they don't even bother to enforce it. When I called to complain, they told me they don't even care about parking anymore. Stay away from this place!

This place called Management and Associates is not good at all. The guy in charge of our area, Alex N., never answers our questions or gives us any information we need. This has been going on for years and it's really frustrating. There are a lot of problems here that nobody is doing anything about. For example, people are parking their cars in a way that blocks the sidewalk, and nobody cares. There's also a cop who thinks he can park wherever he wants, even if it blocks other people's homes. The garage door hasn't been painted in years, and nobody cares. People are leaving their garbage cans outside instead of putting them in the garage like they're supposed to. One house has a window unit air conditioner, which is probably against the rules. Another house looks like they're hoarding stuff. There's trash and debris all over the place, and nobody cleans it up. They only cut down the live oak trees, but not the dead ones, and they never trim the crepe myrtles. And now Alex has decided to cut back on the maintenance, which is ridiculous because we pay a lot of money to live here. The entrance is all overgrown and needs to be fixed up. Some people are planting too many plants and making a mess on the sidewalks. The management company needs to start listening to us and fixing these problems instead of ignoring us and muting us on virtual meetings.

Mgmt & Assoc ain't right. I gotta say, I got some concerns about the company that's running the HOA in my hood, Mgmt & Assoc (M&A). The dude in charge is Dominic S, and his daughter Jamie B is the VP. Me and another resident met with them, and some of the stuff they said was pretty messed up. We've been having problems with our Board, *** Villas, and we talked to M&A about it. They said they knew our concerns were legit, but then they said some shady stuff like "she writes the checks" (talking about the HOA President). They also said they get threatened by the Board all the time, and if they don't do what the President says, they'll get fired. Is it really worth it to sell out our morals and break our DCCR's just for a paycheck? They said this stuff not just to us, but also to another resident on the phone. And on top of all that, their service is straight up garbage. They don't answer calls or emails, and they don't post meeting minutes on the portal (where we're supposed to see them) until we send them a certified letter. I've asked three times for the minutes from a meeting on January 8, and I still haven't gotten them (and they're not on the portal either). They also send out violation notices in a way that doesn't follow our DCCR's or Design Review Board Architectural Manual. At a recent "Violation Appeals" meeting, the HOA President showed up and argued with a resident, even though M&A knows that's against Florida's Statute 720. They didn't do anything to fix it, and the homeowner got penalized. That's discrimination, plain and simple. And that's just a few examples of how they're screwing us over. They don't answer calls, and the Board gets away with whatever they want. The person assigned to our community even asked to be taken off the account because they didn't feel comfortable doing shady stuff anymore. And now M&A and the Board are trying to make a new agreement that goes against our DCCR's and takes away rights from homeowners. I'm asking you to look into this and make M&A pay for the money I've lost because of their lack of ethics. They care more about money than doing what's right. This place is a joke. They never answer emails and only respond when you threaten to complain. The property manager, Fay, is useless and won't do anything unless you force her to. The communication is terrible and they're unresponsive. They're the worst property managers I've ever dealt with. They promised to fix things but never followed through. They're disorganized and can't even keep their promises. They're so unprofessional that they won't even send a notice to the upstairs unit about a pest control issue. They're vague and uncommitted, and they don't care about their customers. The management is terrible and they don't care about their customers. Don't waste your time with this company.
