so I got this rental crib in Renaissance Commons, La Firenze HOA and Tallfield is supposed to be managing it. But it's been over a month and I still ain't got no rental approval. My pockets are hurting, the crib is empty, and the potential renters are getting mad. They paid 200 bucks and gave all the docs, but I'm calling every day and still no updates. I'm paying my monthly dues and these HOA peeps ain't doing their job, man!

I gotta say, Tallfield Associates, LLC ain't no good. My house been leakin' since August 30th and I done called them HOA folks over 20 times. They supposed to fix the outside, but they ain't done nothin' yet. I even hired some water folks to fix the inside and got a report for the HOA, but they still ain't doin' nothin'. I been talkin' to this guy Sean, the property manager, over 20 times and he still ain't fixin' nothin'. My kids could get sick from the mold and I can't even fix the inside of my house 'til they fix the outside. It's November 24th now and it still rains inside my house. Don't trust Tallfield Associates, LLC.
