I have never been this disappointed and inconvenienced by this business, so I took the car for them to change a gear cable that was damaged.
first they didn't have the spare which I don't understand why they don't keep spares, however i was told it was going to be ordered and delivered between 15-21 days, I called after 15 days to check the progress and was told it was not yet delivered, was still on shipment, it's now over 26 days and when i called I'm told there has been a delay with the shipment, what annoys me is that I'm not even called for such information or feedback, I'm the one who needs to keep calling and do a follow up. really, I'm disappointed.
It's a KIA SONET 2024, the car is still new, and I don't understand why I was even supposed to pay for the gear cable as I feel it was the factory issue and must be replaced for free. AM INCONVINIENCED AND NOT HAPPY WITH THIS REALLY.
Recommendation: beware of this, take it into consideration when deciding on buying your car.
