Zwift Support, discrimination and bullying

I have been permanently shadow banned with no proof as to why or what for. You have taken my money regardless of this and claim I did not follow community guidelines. I can assure you this problem will not go away until you reinstate my profile that I took 5 years to build up.

Guidelines cannot be enforced!

My zwift ID was 2707917.

I have contacted zwift on several occasions and I get no response. I tried zwift forums and got banned for consuming too much staff time.

The entire Zwift support network is a complete joke. You have given the view you fully support cheats over honest members and this will be zwifts downfall.

I can produce much evidence of discrimination and bullying and where your representatives have let me down.

Claimed loss: 2 months subscription fees and alarm and distress

Desired outcome: Shadow ban lifted and apologised to.

I tried to cancel my Zwift subscription, but when I logged in to get my old invoices, it still showed an active account for monthly renewal. The cancellations page doesn't work and it's hard to find an option to cancel anywhere. When I tried to call, I got a recording and the call accidentally ended. Other people complain about the same thing on the internet, it seems like Zwift is making it tough to cancel subscriptions.

Zwift I can't seem to cancel my membership with Zwift, Inc

I can't seem to cancel my membership with Zwift, Inc. I've tried multiple times and it just won't go through. A couple weeks ago, I tried to cancel my monthly subscription and I thought it worked, but I didn't get an email confirmation. And now, my credit card has been charged again. When I checked the website, it still says my account will renew every month. The cancellation page only shows up for a few seconds before disappearing, so I can't cancel my subscription. I've even tried using different browsers. This is just not okay.

Zwift I was trying to cancel my Zwift subscription but it's been a real struggle

I was trying to cancel my Zwift subscription but it's been a real struggle. Their phone line only works from 10-6 Pacific time and nobody ever picks up. I've been trying to get in touch with them for ages now. Their website is no help either - it keeps telling me that I'm already logged in. The only option seems to be to cancel my credit card so that they can't charge me anymore. Zwift is clearly trying to make it hard for people to cancel so that they can keep taking their money. It's terrible business practice and I'm not gonna use their product again. Thanks anyways, Zwift.

Zwift This software keep crashing!

This software keep crashing! I've been trying to get it fixed for weeks with no luck. Wanna refund for Jan and Feb fees.
Since 1/22, this program keep crashing after I finish riding and it's driving me up the wall. They keep showing a message saying "Activity details could not be loaded." That means I'm not getting credit for my virtual rides and my data incomplete. Come on, *** support! Get it together! I've tried talking to them three times and they just keep giving me the same old stock answers. Can't they just take a look at their own system logs and fix the darn thing? I've been using this program for three years and never had this problem before. Now, I'm losing time having to manually upload the files to my other accounts. Please, please, please fix this. I don't wanna give up my favorite exercise game but if this keeps up, I'm gonna have to cancel my subscription. I can't keep paying for something that's broken.

Zwift Zwift, Inc

Zwift, Inc. has these gift thingy that they offer for 3-month and 12-month memberships. You can find it right here: ***. When you use the gift card, the membership starts and you can't pause it. Most people use this Zwift app when it is cold outside because it's for indoor cycling. So, the 3-month membership makes sense because after that it might start to get warmer again and you can bike outside. But, when I tried to buy the 3-month membership, it said they were out of cards and I could only buy the more expensive 12-month one. This is super sneaky and a trick. But, when I asked why, they said it was because they sold out and their billing system only allows for certain times of the year to sell them. They said they were changing it, but I don't believe them because as a tech person, I don't think that's possible. They're just trying to get people to buy the expensive card.

Zwift, you have the underhanded behaviors' to start your debt order again on a profile that was cancelled almost a year ago and its pathetic service and will make sure everyone knows not to use your pathetic tool.
