iMyFone A fix within 24 hours

First and foremost, the software provides two choices: without data loss and otherwise. Once you chose "without", it prompts you to select the cellphone model from a pull-down menu; however, one should be aware that some phones (Samsung A70) are not supported, but the software guides you to another function, which will wipe out all the data.
I immediately filed for a refund and they informed me that " (they) are also trying to add more supported devices and brands to the program." Regarding money-back guaranty, they declined at first, but upon further consideration, the refund was processed within 24 hours.
I do recommend that a warning be placed on the first page to indicated that "the software may not be suitable for your cellphone, if it is not listed in the pull down menu"

iMyFone It actually works!

I tried and had to pay for two other iPhone recovery software with no avail (both software claimed there were 1500 or so recoverable photos but needed a license to start the recovery). Following up with support, one brought the excuse that their software was not compatible with IOS 13. 5. 1 (it was tested with up to 13.3) and that they were working on it and the other took 2 days to send me a link for a "how to" video which had nothing to to do with their software. Then came iMyFone D-back, it scanned and then recovered (after paying for a license) all data in just a few minutes. It even recovered streaming photos and sifted through iCloud with ease. Bottom line, IT WORKED wonderfully and without a fuss. I later sent an email thanking them and upgraded my license to the "lifetime" one!

iMyFone IMyFone Fixppo can help to solve common problems with iPhone

This has been my second time using iMyFone Fixppo,
The experience with the user interface has been very good, it is very easy to use, and the way it displays the problems solving options is very clear.

The first time I used it, I used it to solve a stuck in recovery mode that my device was going through. The program helped me to solve the problem, with the steps of resetting the system and reinstalling it without losing data. Everything took time less than an hour.

The second time it was stuck on the apple logo. I could not solve it apparently due to major problems, but the customer service helped me to complete the process effectively and positively.

I definitely recommend this app to fix very common problems for iPhone users.

Big thanks to the Technical Support Specialist, Echo Zhou. Which assisted me during my second time with the program.

iMyFone Good customer service

I recently had the opportunity to use a data recovery software called "iMyFone" and I was quite impressed with its capabilities and customer service.

iMyFone Excellent service, quick response but software didn't work for me issue

I was having some issues with my iPhone XS on reboot loop, I had downloaded a different software that I purchased and this failed I then came across this software which again failed when trying to do my repair. I emailed them after 2days of trying to solve my issue. They came back to me and tried to give me steps to solve my issue. These steps I had already tried as I checked YouTube videos, the internet followed Apple website as well as speaking to my network provider. I provided proof that the software failed by emailing a screenshot and they also asked for attached files which also showed that it had shown an error message. As I could no longer use the software due to many attempts and failing I requested for a refund. They offered 50% but due to the fact I no longer have the phone to do the required steps they asked for they provided me with a full refund. The customer service was excellent and I got quick responses to my emails. Thank you to the service team in helping me and providing myself with great service and a full refund.

iMyFone DON'T BUY!

The software I purchased says can recover data after Factory Deleted even. So I purchased it to recover few of my kids videos and photos which I have deleted mistakenly. So as soon as I lost pictures I google and found out this software and it says 30 days money back guarantee too so I decided to try it and see. So I paid and try it it did not work for me nothing deleted photos shows in the results in the software. SO I informed it to the Support but they ask few questions and answer for those too and waiting another 2 days now still no reply. Still If i lost the pictures and if the software cannot recover it I do not need it for daily life. SO please refund my money. I have already sign-out from the software and uninstalled it now.

Seller is asking me to pay 70% for doing nothing, I contacted them as soon as I purchased the product but they are so late to reply always and not helpful and not as mentioned in the website 30 days money back finally I lost the pictures of my kids and having a not useful products. They have mentioned FACTORY RESET also can recover which is so scam. What they do is show recover pics from old iTunes backup or iCloud only not recovering data when erased.

Do not use this website its a SCAM they use your iTunes or iCloud existing backup and show like they recovered and cheating. Do not go pay it might happen same thing happen to me right now. Use iTunes and recover backup from iCloud or local one without sharing your personal data for other Scammers. Privacy Matter more than anything.

Thank you so much, Think twice before you share your personal data on other third party and spending your own money.

Hello, the email sent by you confirms the purchase with a number that does not accept the installation and therefore does not conclude the supply of purchase of the product and your response comes to the paypal complaint but not to the request for assistance. Good morning I think you are wasting time not to refund what I did not use for a registration and installation that did not take place. If I do not receive an immediate refund, I will ask for a paypal solution, transcribing the entire conversation in reviews of your service and product, advising everyone in the world against the purchase because it is a scam. I am sure this will not be necessary and that you will immediately proceed with the refund. We have already lost a lot of time

iMyFone If iTunes doesn't do the "restore-trick", then other SW (iMyFone-Fixppo etc) will sadly also not!

IMyFone Fixppo (iPhone restore):

Save yourself a lot of time and money - because IF you buy for instance this SW, you will not get anywhere.

Real-person reviews (in-between a suspiciously crowd of? Fake/machine-reviews?, of especially the Tenorshare-products), do tell this story! - and, after trying myself, in wain, ending with a fight for my spend money back - I have to agree: "0-1 star".

My "trip" started with a "looping black-screen" on a iPhone-Xs, and with iTunes-restore ending with "error 4013".
And, after the same happened with iFixppo (no matter what workouts, I included), then I took to the last resort: Full Refund, as iMyFone so nicely had promised, as a last resort.
But, things should get more complicated, and I needed to write several emails (which were met with simple half-answers in bad-english) - and I needed to make it 100% clear, that I would follow up their refusal to fully-refund, with honest (=very bad) reviews - before a FullRefund was given!

So, IF you do choose iMyFone (or other restore windows/Mac-Apps), then be prepared for a long trip. Which can end with "no refund", "half refund" - or do like I did: "Make the threat, that you will write bad reviews"...

All i All: A lot of wasted time, and for you maybe wasted money.

So, what does such an alternative SW actually do, "for the spend money"?
- well, as I did experience the proces, it nearly did the same as iTunes.
- the fault and timing within most parts of the proces, was also the same as in iTunes.
- and, the result was the same.
- the choices was also the same - just with different words. A partial restore (=iTunes Update), and the full (with all userdata erased).
- even the error text was exactly the same.

And, after "being forced to give me" the full refund, the company asked me to erase my reviews.
This I cannot do - because it would be wrong - since some-one has to warn other users, not to fall into the same trap, in the desperate situation, when their iPhone "black box" fails.
- Instead, I have updated this review, to match my end-result... and I have been kind to iMyFone (I have removed expressions, such as "this is a scam").

Other Restoration-SW (TenorShare etc):
- if iTunes cannot fix your problem, then chances are very high, that other SW also cannot... making them a complete waste of your time & money.
- And: I also do question the moral of these SW-products, because the user is a desperate prey, hoping for a miracle!

And, I will end with iMyFone's "argument" for not full-refunding:
"... Our program also needs to use firmware, but it works in a different way from iTunes. That's why it can fix the problems that iTunes cannot do.
Based on our policy, we will be happy to offer a full refund if "Software purchased has terminal technical problems, and no solution has been provided". But your device probable has a hardware issue and this could not be fixed by software. That is why I suggested a half refund and kept the license code for you. I suggest that you can check the hardware problem with the maintenance staff in the Apple Store."

[this company-text unfortunately doesn't make anybody any wiser... because on one hand "this is claimed to work, when iTunes doesn't", and on the other hand "when this miracle doesn't happen, then HW-failure is blamed as the cause"... and, in between is "the? Non existing? Promised success" (which everyone desperately hopes for (making us "easy prey")...
My recommendation: Save your money on something, that will get your phone to work, such as the (likely) expensive repair - or throw your unit away - or sell it as being defect (so that a tech-repair/nerd/company maybe can fix it / use it as spare-parts)].

[you knew all this, when you did buy an expensive Apple-unit: The focus is design, earnings and slickness... Apple doesn't spare any customer-wallet (just try and get a battery changed, and you will know what I do talk about... especially if you choose a not-Apple-partner company, and end with a "battery warning... seek repair" message! - even with an original battery!)!]

iMyFone D-back for windows

I downloaded the application to recover deleted files on my computer. I paid the fee. But my recovered documents and files appear to be faulty and defective. Thus, I could not benefit from the iMyFone D-Back application in any way. I explained my complaints to the company, but they do not hold themselves accountable. How can I be responsible in such a situation? For 5 days my problem could not be solved.

iMyFone Mixed Experience with iMyFone: Confusing Pricing Plans and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with iMyFone, a website that offers software to retrieve lost data. I had accidentally deleted some important pictures and decided to give their product a try. I opted for a 1-month plan, thinking that it would be enough time to recover my lost data. However, I soon found out that the plan automatically moved to a monthly/month to month plan. iMyFone My Negative Experience with iMyFone: Wipelocker Program and Subscription Woes

I recently had an experience with iMyFone (imyfone.com) that I feel compelled to share. I decided to try their Wipelocker program to see if it could fix some issues I was experiencing with my phone. I purchased a thirty-day subscription on October 19th using PayPal. Unfortunately, the program did not resolve my issues, leaving me feeling dissatisfied with my purchase.

To make matters worse, I received an email on November 9th stating that my subscription had been renewed for another month - less than thirty days after my initial purchase. This was incredibly frustrating, especially as the email contained a link to cancel my subscription that simply would not work. I repeatedly received an "error" message, making me feel as though I had fallen prey to a total scam.

In an effort to rectify the situation, I submitted a customer service request asking to cancel my subscription. iMyFone iMyFone Review: Did it Solve My iPhone Woes?

iMyFone iMyFone Review: Disappointing Results & Poor Customer Service

I recently had an issue with my iTunes backup and decided to give iMyFone a try by purchasing one of their products. I had high hopes that this software would be able to solve my problem and streamline my iTunes experience. Sadly, my expectations were not met at all. Upon trying the software out, I quickly realized that it did nothing but reinstall iTunes, which was something that I had already done myself. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially given the fact that I had paid good money for the software in the first place.

At this point, I decided to reach out to iMyFone's customer service team to request a refund. Unfortunately, their response to my request was not what I had hoped for. They informed me that their software does not have any technical problems and therefore would not be eligible for a refund under their refund policy. While this was certainly frustrating news, I appreciated that they at least took the time to respond to my inquiry and explain their policy to me.

Overall, my experience with iMyFone was not a positive one. While I cannot speak to the efficacy of their other products, I would definitely recommend taking caution before purchasing anything from them. It's important to do your research and make sure that you're confident in the effectiveness of any software before spending your hard-earned money.

iMyFone Disappointing Experience with iMyFone Umate Pro: Frustrating Results and Poor Customer Service

My experience with iMyFone has unfortunately not been a positive one. In trying to erase my deleted data with the Basic Plan annual plan of iMyFone Umate Pro, I encountered a serious issue. Although iMyFone claimed on their website and various articles that their software could easily make deleted data unrecoverable, the program failed to perform as expected.

Despite scanning my iPhone for 1.5 hours, the program was unable to make any progress and remained stuck in a perpetual search for deleted data. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience which ultimately felt like a waste of time, money, and effort.

To add to my frustration, I reached out to their customer service team and have not received a reply for over six hours, despite the fact that their website boasts 24/7/365 service. This has left me feeling even more let down by iMyFone.

Unsurprisingly, I have decided to request a refund and regret my decision to subscribe to their annual plan. I have attached my subscription details as reference. It is important to choose software and services wisely, and unfortunately, in this case, iMyFone has not lived up to their promises.

iMyFone iMyFone Review: Disappointing Results and Breach of Trust on Refund Policy

I was really disappointed with my experience using iMyFone (imyfone.com). I had hoped that this software would save my phone without any data loss, but unfortunately that was not the case. In the end, I had to do a clean reset which was something I could have done for free with iTunes. As you can imagine, this left me pretty frustrated and disappointed.

To add insult to injury, I was then offered a 50% refund despite the fact that the software had not solved my problem. This felt like a huge breach of trust as I had been promised a 30 day money back guarantee when I purchased the software. It felt like I had been misled in order to make a sale, and I certainly didn't appreciate that.

All in all, this was a hard lesson for me to learn. I won't be purchasing from iMyFone again and I would encourage others to be very cautious before deciding to use this software. If you do decide to give it a try, just be prepared for the fact that there may be no refunds given even if the software doesn't work as promised.

iMyFone iMyFone's Customer Service Failed to Provide Working Lifetime Family License, Disappointing Experience

I had ordered a lifetime family license from iMyFone two years ago having only used the software once. Unfortunately, my PC needed a hard drive replacement and hence led to me having to deauthorize the operating system, formatted the drive and replaced it. However, to my dismay, the license key did not work after the system was authenticated. I immediately contacted their customer service and while they initially gave me a trial license, they eventually lied to me and failed to provide any working license key after several attempts on their part. I found the whole experience to be a complete waste of my time and felt taken advantage of. In fact, I had to contact the company on multiple occasions before they sent several bogus licenses to me.

It's disheartening to see iMyFone engaging in such practices and I would certainly not be recommending them to anyone. The situation only got worse when I realized that the software was no longer licensed after thirty days. Despite contacting them about twenty times for a functional license, they failed to respond in a timely manner. I even attempted to get corporate involved but still received no reply. Ultimately, I am still waiting for a working license key, and should things not improve soon, I would be left with no choice but to report them to the authorities.

It's worth noting that the license was advertised as a lifetime family package. However, the fact that the license was only meant to be used on a single drive begs the question of what their definition of "lifetime" truly means. This entire incident has left a terrible taste in my mouth and has led me to believe that they are nothing but con artists.

In an update, I would like to inform you that after constant badgering and contacting corporate, iMyFone finally provided me with a functional license. Although it's a relief to have a working license, I'm still somewhat hesitant given that their previous license only lasted for 30 days. The current license claims to be a lifetime license, but I'll have to wait and see if the matter is truly resolved. In light of this somewhat satisfactory outcome, I've increased my rating to three stars. However, they will have to earn additional stars through providing consistent, credible support in the future.

iMyFone iMyFone: Software Scam or Legit? My Disappointing Experience with d-back

I was really disappointed with my purchase of iMyFone's d-back software. Unfortunately, it did not resolve my iPhone 6s issue, and I only took a chance on this software because of iMyFone's 30-day money-back guarantee. After contacting iMyFone support within a day of purchasing the one-month membership, I was disappointed to find that they kept asking for more information and tried everything to not give me a refund, despite their own policy. Even after accepting the loss and moving on with my life, I was surprised when they charged me again after a month. I contacted their support for a second time, but they are still refusing to refund my money, despite the original emails I forwarded, which clearly showed my attempts to get a refund for the initial purchase and also my disinterest in continuing with another month. They are offering me just 50% of my money back for the auto-renewal, contrary to their website's claim of giving full refunds for auto-renewal issues. This experience has led me to believe that this company is a scam and will not hesitate to refuse refunds to customers. I am now left with no choice but to let my credit card company handle the situation, since iMyFone has failed to correct their mistake.

iMyFone iMyFone Lockwiper Review: Fraudulent Company with No Customer Support and Ineffective Product

My experience with iMyFone was extremely disappointing. I had purchased the subscription for the lockwiper android 3-5 devices as I needed to unlock a device without doing a factory reset which would have resulted in locking the device with Google. However, when I tried using the lockwiper, it only provided me with instructions for doing a factory reset which was of no use to me. As a result, the device remained locked with Google.

The lockwiper software does come with two modes: remove lock and remove Google lock. So, I thought the other option would remove the Google lock. Unfortunately, this did not work either. I was left with a Google locked phone and no solution in sight.

To add insult to injury, I contacted the support team of iMyFone for a refund for the lockwiper. Unfortunately, I never received any response from their team. After weeks of waiting, I even tried to contact them from a different email, and this time I received an immediate response clarifying that if I purchased their software, I could receive a refund if it didn't work. I informed them that I had already purchased it, and it didn't work, but I still never received any reply from them.

In my opinion, iMyFone seems like a fraudulent company, and I would never recommend them or their products to anyone. It seems as though they only care about getting your money but have no interest in resolving any issues or providing a quality product to their customers. It's disappointing that I have lost my money on this product and did not receive any support from their team. Please beware and think twice before spending your money on iMyFone.

iMyFone iMyFone software review: Limited data recovery and poor customer support

So, I have been using the iMyFone software from imyfone.com for a few weeks now, and unfortunately, I must say that this software does not work as promised. I am not the only one facing this issue, as my friends and colleagues have also experienced the same problem. This clearly indicates that it is not a glitch, user error, or an issue with the iPhone, but a SOFTWARE ISSUE, and that too, a significant one.

To be honest, you may be able to recover some data, but it is limited to a few text messages, photos, or phone numbers. There is no point in using this software to recover deleted text messages as you may read the number, but not the message, which defeats the purpose. Similarly, if you try to recover data through iTunes or iCloud, it is the same story. When I reached out to the customer support team, they repeated the same issue, and it did not lead to any resolution. It seems like they want you to go beyond your 30-day return period so that they do not have to give you your money back. Therefore, if you are someone who likes troubleshooting and doesn't mind spending money, you could give this software a chance, but I would not recommend it.

I have previously tried two other software, Teensafe, and Enigma, to recover deleted text messages, and unfortunately, all three have the same issue. I would say that this software is slightly better than Teensafe and Enigma, but not by much. With Teensafe, you have to change your iCloud password every day, which can be incredibly frustrating. Overall, I think that using iMyFone software is not worth the frustration, time, or money. I would suggest looking for other alternatives that might work better in recovering deleted data.

iMyFone iMyFone Review: Frustrating Experience with Phone Fixing Program & Poor Customer Service

When I stumbled upon iMyFone's website and saw all their claims about fixing phone issues, I decided to give them a shot because I was desperate to have my phone up and running again. However, the experience that followed was frustrating and disappointing, to say the least.

Although I purchased the program without hesitation since it boasted a 30-day money back guarantee, I soon realized that the program couldn't fix my phone. In fact, the only solution left was to perform advanced mode, which would have resulted in a factory reset and would have erased all my important data, including cherished memories and pictures. That option was not acceptable, so I requested a refund.

Despite the fact that the trial version had promised that it could fix my phone, and that it had failed to deliver, iMyFone's customer service was not exactly helpful or understanding. We've sent 10 emails back and forth and have yet to reach a mutually beneficial solution. However, I gave them one star because I appreciate that they did respond to my email, even if they didn't provide the solution I was hoping for.

I have since been offered a partial refund, which includes a 50% and an 80% refund on separate occasions. I still feel that this is unacceptable as I was promised a solution that was not delivered. If I wanted to do a factory reset, I could have done so using iTunes without the need for this program. I am still in communication with their customer service, and I am hopeful that they will eventually offer me a full 100% refund.

It has been a ridiculous and frustrating experience having to deal with iMyFone's customer service team. Given that I am already upset at having a broken phone and no access to my precious photos, it feels like salt on the wound.
