I purchased a package with the One spy in September 2021 and tried it on an Android phone, but I found most of the features and monitoring tools mentioned on their official website, because of which I bought the program, it does not work as it should. I sent email for my refund but they ask me first for help to solve the problems with apk, i did all their instructions, but The problems of the application were not resolved, and then I asked them for my refund again and they sent an email agreeing that my refund will be paid within 15 days after 5 October, and that date passed but my refund was not made, so I sent an email reminding them that the time for my refund had passed, but every time they replied that the process was under progress and until today my refund has not been paid after two months have passed from the date of that my refund suposed to be paid.

TheOneSpy TheOneSpy App Review: A Complete Waste of Time and Money

As someone who knows a thing or two about apps, let me tell you that TheOneSpy is a complete sham. Don't be fooled into thinking that you can catch your cheating partner in the act with this app. Sure, it might have worked in the past, but nowadays there are strict safeguards in place that prevent any app from doing this sort of thing (unless you root the phone, of course). Your phone number, camera, and location are all heavily protected, and you need the active permission of the person you're spying on before you can share anything. And even if you manage to sneak an app onto their phone, it's required to notify them that it's sharing information.

Now, I know what you're thinking - "but what about all those positive reviews?" Well, let me tell you, they're all written by paid trolls. Don't fall for their tricks. If you do end up buying this app, I can only hope that you haven't already passed on your genes to any future generations.

In conclusion, TheOneSpy is a complete waste of time and money. Don't bother with it.

TheOneSpy Beware of theonespy app: False advertising and lack of customer support

I've been using theonespy app for around three months now and at first, everything worked just as advertised. However, when I renewed my license, the app worked for a day or so and then all of a sudden, all the video and camera features stopped working. I tried to contact MILOW with their online support, but I received nothing but lies and avoidance for over a week.

I was told that the problem would be fixed in 30 minutes, then it would be fixed in a day. However, five days went by with nothing other than Milow stringing me along by putting me off day after day. When I asked for a refund for the remaining days of my license and was willing to compromise on the days SOME of the features were working, I was avoided even more.

The app says they offer 24hr live support, which is a lie. Milow is the only live agent, and the times he is there are intermittent. They will tell you to keep restarting the target device only to string you along with features that are not operating properly. Beware!

Overall, I would not recommend theonespy app to anyone. The lack of customer support and the false advertising of their 24hr live support is a major issue. Additionally, the app's features are not reliable, and there is no guarantee that they will work as advertised. If you are looking for a reliable spy app, I suggest looking elsewhere.

TheOneSpy Disappointing Experience with TheOneSpy TOSApp on Rooted Galaxy S21 Ultra: A Review

I recently purchased theonespy tosapp for my rooted galaxy s21 Ultra android 11 phone. Before making the purchase, I contacted the support team and spoke to Milow, who assured me that the app would work perfectly on my device. However, after installing the app, I noticed that the rooted features and other features were not working properly.

I contacted Milow again, and he promised to fix the issues the next day. However, this promise was repeated several times, and I ended up waiting for more than two weeks for a solution. Finally, Milow suggested a 50% refund, which I found unacceptable. I had rooted my phone specifically for the rooted features, and now I was unable to use them.

I feel like the company is playing with me and wasting my time and money. I am disappointed with the service I received and the way I was avoided. I believe that the owner of theonespy has a responsibility to their clients and should respond to my email at ***@naver.com and refund me 100% without trying to negotiate a 50% refund.

I have compared theonespy with Flexispy, and I found that Flexispy was unable to support my device, but they immediately accepted a full refund. I do not understand why theonespy is disagreeing that their app does not support the galaxy s21 Ultra rooted. I hope that the owner will respond to my email and take responsibility for their product.

TheOneSpy Disappointed with TheOneSpy's Audio Bugging Feature: A Review

I recently tried out TheOneSpy and unfortunately, I was not impressed with their service. I had some issues with the audio bugging feature and when I reached out to their technical team, they informed me that they were working on it and that it would be back soon with their updated app version. However, it has been almost 3 months and I still have not seen any changes.

I understand that technical issues can arise, but as a paying customer, I was disappointed that I did not receive the service that I paid for. When I asked if I could purchase the feature separately, they informed me that it was not possible and that I would have to wait for the updated app version.

I even offered to pay an additional $100USD per month to have the feature turned on, but they did not offer any solutions. I also asked if they would be issuing a refund, but they did not provide a clear answer.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my experience with TheOneSpy. I hope that they can improve their service in the future and provide better communication with their customers.

TheOneSpy TheOneSpy App Review: A Scam and a Fraud - Don't Waste Your Money

I was really excited to try out TheOneSpy app after reading all the positive reviews on different websites. I thought it would be the perfect solution for monitoring my iPhone. However, things didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped.

On the same day that I made my purchase, I tried to install the software on my iPhone but I couldn't get it to work. I was really frustrated and didn't know what to do, so I decided to contact support for help.

The support person I spoke to told me that they couldn't install the app on my iPhone. I was really disappointed and asked for a refund, since the refund policy stated that refunds were applicable only in case of technical issues related to their service. I thought this was a technical issue, so I requested a refund.

However, the response I got from the support team was not what I was expecting. They told me to install AnyDesk app on my target device and give them the ID so they could do the installation for me. I was confused, since I had already been told that the app wouldn't work on my device. I told them this, but they just kept insisting that they could help me with the remote installation of the app.

I asked for a refund four times, but each time my request was ignored. The support bot kept responding to me, but it just kept telling me the same thing over and over again. I felt like I was being scammed and defrauded. It was really frustrating and disappointing.

I've since learned that other users are experiencing the same thing. The support team refuses to honor their refund policy and just keeps insisting that they can help with remote installation. It's really frustrating and I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. It's a scam and a fraud. Don't waste your money on it.

TheOneSpy The One Spy Review: Deceitful and Untruthful Customer Service, Scam Alert!

I decided to give The One Spy a try and purchased their product, knowing that if it didn't work for me, they had a refund policy. I was happy to see that they offered a 50% refund if the customer wasn't fully satisfied for any reason.

Unfortunately, their product didn't work for me at all. I reached out to their customer service team via email, and I have to say, they were not very helpful. In fact, I found them to be quite deceitful and untruthful. I went back and forth with them, simply asking for them to uphold their Refund Policy and give me the 50% refund that they promised.

But they refused to give me any refund at all. The customer service rep (I think his name was Millow, Milo, or Mew) wouldn't even address my concern and instead kept insisting that they troubleshoot my devices for me. I never asked for that! My problem was that their product didn't meet my needs, and I wasn't satisfied.

In my opinion, they are a complete scam and they won't honor any refund guarantee after you purchase their product. It's really disappointing to see this kind of bottom-barrel business dealing in the modern world. And to make matters worse, their customer service reps will only email you once a day, which is incredibly frustrating.

If you're thinking about purchasing from this company, I would strongly advise you to run as fast as you can. Don't waste your time or money on a product that doesn't work and a company that won't stand behind their refund policy.

TheOneSpy Terrible Customer Service and Refund Experience - Stay Away from This App!

I bought this app on 06/11/20 and it worked fine for a few days. But then it started to go downhill. I reached out to customer support and spoke to a guy named Millow. He tried to help me fix the problem a few times, but it just wasn't working out. So, I asked for a refund. Millow kept insisting that he needed access to the target phone to remotely install the app and fix the problem. But I didn't want to give him access to the phone, it just seemed too sketchy to me. I just wanted my money back.

After a lot of back and forth, Millow finally agreed to give me a refund. He said it would be initiated in 3 days. But that was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund. I tried to contact customer support again, but they were no help at all. They just kept saying that the refund had been initiated and then closed the chat on me.

I paid $95.00 for this app and got nothing in return. It seems like all they care about is getting more personal and financial information from their customers. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The service is horrible and the customer service experience is even worse. They don't communicate well and they don't honor their own refund policy. It's possible that they're even trying to commit fraud and steal more personal and financial information from their customers. Stay away from this company!

TheOneSpy TheOneSpy App Review: A Rollercoaster Ride with Poor Functionality and Terrible Customer Support

Hey guys, I wanna share my experience with TheOneSpy app. I've been using it for more than 3 years now and let me tell you, it's been a rollercoaster ride. At first, it was working fine but then it started having some issues. However, I still managed to use it. But as time passed and android started improving its OS and security features, this app became more of a headache than a help. It just wouldn't work properly, especially on my Xiaomi device. The inbuilt security application on my phone made it even more difficult to use this app. Whenever I tried to use the camera or mic, I would get notifications. Screenshots and screen recordings never worked and call recordings were a hit or miss. Even VoIP recordings didn't work.

And don't even get me started on their customer support. It's the worst I've ever experienced. They never understand your problem and just want access to your phone through anydesk. They wouldn't even accept taking access through TeamViewer. It's ridiculous. I've been requesting, demanding, and begging for a refund for the last few months but they just keep saying that the app is updated and it'll work now. But it never does. I've shared pictures and videos of all the settings done correctly and how the app isn't functioning properly, but they still wouldn't issue a refund.

I even explained to them that I've been their customer for 3-4 years and they need to understand the situation, especially during this corona pandemic, and process the refund. But they just wouldn't do it. They still insist on dragging the issue. I've even reset the activation code and the license is idle as it's of no use to me. But they still don't understand.

So, if you're thinking of using this app, I would suggest you think twice. And if you're listening, Karen, please process my refund immediately. I've had enough with your support executives, Millow, Mew, etc., and more than enough with your app for the last 3 years. If you're not convinced, please go through the amount of communication I've had with your team through my registered email id. I've even suggested many improvements to your app over the years. Yet, you don't consider refunding my hard-earned money. This is just so bad.

TheOneSpy TheOneSpy Review: The Best Complete Monitoring Solution for Android Phones

I was in need of a complete monitoring solution for my son's Android phone and decided to compare the top Spy Apps available. After trying out several, I found that some were too difficult to install, some didn't have all the features I needed, and some didn't offer a full feature trial period. However, TheOneSpy (TOS) had everything I was looking for, so I decided to give it a try.

The installation process for TOS was smooth after rooting the phone, although some features didn't work right away. I reached out to customer service and they were able to resolve the issue within 24 hours. After that, everything worked great!

One of the biggest challenges I faced was monitoring my son's activity on social media apps like Snapchat and Instagram. These apps allow users to put messages on pictures that disappear once they are read, making it difficult to track their activity. However, with TOS, I was able to use the LIVE RECORDING feature to capture every time a certain app was used, even if the message was automatically deleted. This feature solved my dilemma and allowed me to monitor my son's activity effectively.

Another great feature of TOS is the ability to live stream through the front or rear cameras of the target phone without the user knowing. I also found the recording "bug" feature to be very handy, especially when internet connectivity is spotty. This feature allows me to set up a recording at a certain time for a certain amount of time, which can be audio only or audio+video. The recording starts even when there is no internet and uploads when internet connectivity is available again.

Keylogging and phone call recording also work well with TOS, and the dashboard is well-organized and easy to navigate. The app is invisible to the user, so they are unaware that they are being monitored.

I have informed my son that he is being monitored, but sometimes kids can't help themselves, and I have caught things that I would not have been able to without this app. For that, I am grateful.

Although the price was initially high, it has since come down and is now on par with other services. In fact, it is one of the cheaper full function monitor services available, making it the best choice on the market right now. The few problems I have had were resolved within 24 hours via email, and the response time was always very quick.

Overall, I highly recommend TheOneSpy for anyone in need of a complete monitoring solution for their Android phone.

I wouldn't recommend TheOneSpy to anyone. I made the mistake of trusting them and purchasing a 6-month subscription, but nothing works as they promised. The customer service representative, Milow, was no help at all. I waited for a new update for three months, but nothing came. They performed the installation, but it failed. I asked for a refund, but it's been processing for a month now. You won't get any service from them, and your money will just go into their pocket. There are many better apps out there that work really well. This app is full of bull$#*!. If you still want to take the risk, then it's up to you! Don't fall for their ads and their own reviews!

TheOneSpy Unreliable App with Poor Customer Service: A Review

This app is supposed to be really good, but sometimes it doesn't work right. The customer service is not very helpful either. They always say to just wait and it will work, but that's not true. They have some serious problems with their network and database. The person who answers the phone, Millow, doesn't seem to care about the customers at all. They always say it's not their fault and just copy and paste the same answer over and over again. It's been 9 days now and the app still doesn't work. The customer service says it's because of an update, but I don't believe them. I wouldn't recommend buying this app because you'll just end up wasting your money.

TheOneSpy Disappointing Experience with TheOneSpy App: Unusable and Unreliable Features

I've been using TheOneSpy app for quite some time now, and I must say that my experience with it has been quite disappointing. For the past three months, the app has been completely unusable, especially if you don't have access to the target device to upgrade it. It takes ages to load a page, and most of the features don't update properly. Every time I reach out to customer support, they keep telling me to wait for a few days, but I've been waiting for months now, and nothing seems to be improving.

To make matters worse, the view360 feature, which allows you to listen to the surroundings of the target device, only works for a few minutes before disconnecting. And when you try to recharge the page, it takes forever to load. It's absolutely ridiculous!

I was hoping that the app would get better with time, but it seems to be getting worse. I would advise anyone looking for a reliable spy app to try other options as this one is not worth the trouble. It's a shame because I had high hopes for TheOneSpy, but it has turned out to be a complete waste of time and money.

TheOneSpy TheOneSpy Software Review: Unreliable, Terrible Customer Service, and No Refund Policy

I bought TheOneSpy software and followed the instructions to install it on my computer. It was a bit tricky, but I managed to get it installed successfully. However, I soon found out that it conflicted with my computer and wouldn't work properly. I tried to get in touch with their tech support team, but it was a bit of a nightmare. The person I spoke to seemed like a complete [censored] and kept sending me the same instructions over and over again, even though I told him that the software was already installed but not working.

After a couple of hours of trying to get it to work, I decided to ask for my money back. According to their policy, you have to ask for a refund within four hours of purchasing the software, and only if it doesn't work on your computer. TheOneSpy TheOneSpy Review: Poor Performance, Non-Existent Customer Service, and Device Dysfunction

My first experience with installing TheOneSpy took me almost three hours, which was a bit of a hassle. After that, it didn't transmit any data for two whole days, which was frustrating. When it finally started to work, I could only hear one side of the conversation, which was a major letdown. The app also freezes a lot and is slower than I expected it to be.

The customer service is pretty much non-existent, and when they do respond, it's usually just an automated message that doesn't even answer my question. It's like they didn't even read my message. That's not cool.

To make matters worse, the app actually caused the target device to become dysfunctional. It can't hold a charge anymore, and it operates at a higher temperature than normal. Plus, they put an icon on the target device that lets the user know that the program has been installed on it. That's not very sneaky, is it?

TheOneSpy Buyer Beware: TheOneSpy App Not Compatible with All Devices

I recently decided to give TheOneSpy a try and purchased their 3-month package for 5000.00. After installing the app and configuring all the settings, I was disappointed to find that it wasn't working properly on my phone. I reached out to the technical support team to see if they could help me resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they informed me that my phone, a Mi with Android version 10, was not compatible with the app.

TheOneSpy TheOneSpy Review: Disappointing Solution to My Problems

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with TheOneSpy. I thought it was gonna be the solution to all my problems, but boy was I wrong. I followed the instructions to a T, and I've installed plenty of apps before so I know what I'm doing. But this one just wouldn't work.

I reached out to Support more times than I can count - at least 35, I swear. And every time, they just told me to reboot the target device or reinstall the app. Like, come on guys, I've already tried that! I even suggested they give me a free license to test it out on my own phone for a couple days, but they just told me to reboot the target device again.

I've restarted that dang target device more times than I care to admit, but it's always the same result - the app runs for a few hours and then just stops working. And to make matters worse, it's super obvious that the app is on the phone. Like, anyone who knows what they're looking for can easily find it. And my Huawei phone is always alerting me when an app is using up too much battery or asking for location access, so it's not like I can even keep it hidden.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with TheOneSpy. I had high hopes for it, but it just didn't deliver.

TheOneSpy Unreliable GPS Tracking: My Experience with TheOneSpy

I recently tried out TheOneSpy and while it has some great features, I have to say that the GPS tracker "location" is not very reliable. I've noticed that it will show the target device at random locations for about half an hour or 20 minutes, even when the tracked phone is right next to me. And if you've been with the tracked phone and check the locations later, it won't show that you went to your destination but instead has you miles in the opposite direction.

I reached out to customer support after about a week of using the app and they responded to my email with some excuses, saying that it could be weak signal strength and that accuracy is not 100%. But one of the main reasons I bought this app was because of the GPS feature, which gives longitude and latitude and then you can get an address from those degrees. So, it's definitely disappointing that the information you get is not accurate.

Overall, I think TheOneSpy has some great features, but if you're looking for reliable GPS tracking, this might not be the best option for you.

TheOneSpy TheOneSpy Review: A Total Scam for Spying on Phones - Don't Waste Your Money!

This software is a total scam! I was looking for a way to spy on my partner's phone and stumbled upon TheOneSpy. The website claimed that I could remotely access the target phone and even spy on the pin code or digits password to unlock the phone. I was so excited to try it out, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money.

The pin password chaser tool they advertise is a total lie. You cannot remotely access the target phone and get the pin code. You have to already have the pin code and install the software on the phone. What a rip-off! I feel like I was scammed out of my hard-earned money.

I tried to contact their customer support, but they were no help at all. They just kept telling me to read the fine print on their website. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money on this useless software.

If you're looking for a way to spy on someone's phone, do not waste your time or money on TheOneSpy. It's a total scam and you will not get the results you're looking for. Save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable software.

TheOneSpy TheOneSpy Review: A Disappointing and Destructive App

This app ain't worth the hype, man. I was promised the world, but all I got was a broken phone. I downloaded TheOneSpy on my target's 5g device, and it straight up wrecked it. The phone stopped ringing, the alarm clock stopped working, and the battery was drained like a juice box at a kid's party. And don't even get me started on how hot the phone got. It was like holding a hot potato.

But that's not even the worst part. The app only records one side of the phone call, so I couldn't even hear what my target was saying. And to top it off, the target device knew when I was trying to use the app. Like, what's the point of spying if they know you're doing it?

I tried to contact customer support through email, but I haven't heard back from them. And when I talked to the customer service guy, Milow, he blamed it all on my brand new S20 Ultra 5g. Like, come on, man. I know my phone ain't the problem here.

It took me a whole day to download this app, and now I'm stuck with a broken phone and a useless app. I asked for a refund of $95, but I haven't heard back from them yet. It's only been three days, but I'm not holding my breath.

Save yourself the trouble, folks. Don't waste your time or money on TheOneSpy.

TheOneSpy Kid monitor

Before purchasing app, they confirmed that the all features will run on the mobile model provided by me. Also, they mentioned that they have 24x7 chat support. Purchased the plan on 25th Sept, 2021 paying $165 and on the first run found that call recording feature is not working properly. Communicated with chat support several times regarding this and received some prototype answers and did not get the problem resolved. Hence, demanded for refund (As per company policy of 14 days refund guaranteed if not satisfied). Since then, only receiving false statements. On last Friday, Milow, to whom I was chatting, assured me that the refund will be initiated on Monday (Today) and now telling that there is an holiday on today and tomorrow, and asked me to contact on Wednesday. They are just fooling the customers by false promises. As I'm from India, they know that I'm helpless and they will never refund my money. So, if you want to loose your money, invest here.!

Desired outcome: Frustration !

TheOneSpy Terrible service!

I paid for this TheOneSpy app and did not work properly.
I contacted TheOneSpy customer service via email and at the beginning it really seemed they wanted to help. They asked me to describe in details what was wrong. After I explained everything they said they'll contact me back later with further details. I waited three days and nothing. I decided to contact them myself and sent another message, but they did not reply. When I contacted them via phone their rep said that they will send me a message. They never helped me out. What a terrible service!

Really ! Frankly speaking dude, I am using the same application from past one year and didn't face anything like this which you've mentioned. First of all they are mostly solve the issues via my support tickets. And 2nd thing is this application is the most mature standing app in all other vendors because I've used Flexi which is most costly, Mspy which would not be invisible on targeted device and these both apps have most higher price ranges then TheOneSpy app.
