I appreciate the fact that my material is now on DVD.
Originally I felt I had paid too much for the amount of material I had digitized. What I had not realized that there was a significant discount of 50% which I failed to employ.

My problem is when I received my stuff back there were no DVDs which confused me.
Again, I missed that, and had checked online only.

When I called to ask about this I was told that if I wanted my own DVDs it would be another cost!
That was somewhat disappointing.
I paid the extra $35.00 dollars for two DVDs
So I just felt the price was over the top.

Imemories reached out to me and pointed out that had I taken the correct choices my cost would have been approximately $75.00 less.

What Imemories did was give me all the discounts that I could have taken.
I must say how many companies would have done that.
I never had a problem with the product, which I was very happy with the result.

I was completely freaked sending my 35 plus years of VHS and 8mm family memories. The shipping and following was the hardest part; it was good, slow, and once iMemories received the package, I was relieved. Production time to convert was quite good, and the communication was excellent. Once they transformed the videos to digital, they were put up in your own account, and then the fun began! WoW... things you forgot and moments that last a lifetime can be watched with ease from any device. There were a couple of video-tracking issues due to age, and I brought it to their attention, and within days, they were able to correct them. Once they confirmed that all videos were viewed and satisfactory, the originals are returned, which I just received yesterday. Overall, my experience with iMemories was exceptional. I am preparing to send my parent's old film from the early '60s, and 70's to be converted next. That will be a real treat to share!

Yo, I gotta say, Imemories was pretty decent when it came to shipping and getting my old school videotapes back to me. I decided to go with the Imemories Cloud for $49 a year, instead of getting a disk or thumb drive made. But here's the thing, after my year was up, Imemories deleted all 160 of my videos! I can't even renew my membership to get them back. They straight up told me they don't keep anything in the cloud past the membership date. I spent over $440 bucks and now I got nothing to show for it. I wouldn't recommend Imemories to anyone. Their quality and customer service is whack.

I was a bit nervous about sending my 8mm movies to imemories.com because they were my only copies. I have a projector, but the age of the film (over 40-50 yrs) had caused it to dry out and become brittle, making it impossible to feed through the machine. It was eating up my precious memories! So, I decided to take a chance and see if imemories could help me out. To my surprise, they were able to get it to work! I was a bit hesitant about the cost, as I sent them 23 films, but they were able to get them all to work and I was able to make DVDs from them.

I was pleasantly surprised when a customer service representative called me to ask if I needed any help with my order. I had ordered 28 DVDs, which wasn't quite right. Thankfully, she explained it to me and saved me from receiving 28 DVDs of all my movies out of order and all run together. I am so grateful for her help! After that, everything went exceptionally well and they sent all my movies back to me perfectly safe via FedEx. I am very satisfied with the service I received from imemories.com.

In fact, I was so satisfied that I decided to send them an additional 14 movies in 8mm to process. Again, I thought it was a bit pricey, but I had a lot of memories to process and I knew that imemories.com would take good care of them. So, I stumbled upon this website called iMemories and thought it was a great way to convert my old VHS tapes into DVDs. The website advertised a price of $14.99 and promised to send me a prepaid box to send in my tapes for conversion. I followed the instructions and sent in my one and only VHS tape.

After they received my tape, they uploaded it to their website and gave me a free trial for 30 days. I was given two options: pay an additional $19.99 plus shipping for them to make me a DVD or download the file and make my own DVD. Since I had a computer, I chose to download the file and make my own DVD.

However, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay another $14.99 for them to mail me back my original tape. So, in total, I ended up paying $30.00 plus tax just to convert one VHS tape into a DVD and get my original tape back. If I had chosen to have them make me a DVD, it would have cost me over $60.00, which is a bit too much in my opinion.

Maybe it was my fault for not fully understanding the website's terms and conditions, but I think they should be more clear about the additional fees and costs associated with their services. I made a mistake of wasting my money on another company before, and it took them over 3 months to process just 3 VHS tapes, and to make matters worse, the tapes were unwatchable. But then I stumbled upon iMemories, and the reviews I read were so amazing that I decided to give it one more try. I sent the same 3 VHS tapes to them, and in just ONE WEEK, I received beautifully processed digital conversions of those VHS tapes. They also returned the tapes to me in a jiffy. The digital conversion of the tapes was so amazing and clear that I literally cried with joy when I watched it. I was so surprised at the difference between the two companies.

I then downloaded the iMemories app and happily paid the annual fee for the iCloud storage space on their server so my digital memories are always available for me to watch on my Apple TV. The app works great, and it's so convenient! There is unlimited storage, and I still have a ton of Hi8 tapes to send to them to process. The processing fee is very reasonable, and you can send things in for them to process as you can afford it. I'm so happy I discovered them. Learn from my mistake. i wanted to have photos put on dvd and i have not recived any shipping materials.this is about a week now.and i have $15.95 charged to my credit card.

I ordered several video's to be converted but I received 1 flash drive with several titles, however they all had only 10 second on each one and they were all the same video clips... Not what I ordered at all and I spend a ton of money for what? Junk do not use this company.

My heart is broken. I recently received 4 of my 6 videos I sent in the so called "safekit" to IMemories. One of the missing tapes is of my daughter's Prom in 1994 and impossible to replace.
As if that's not bad enough when I contact IMemories by phone to inquire if they could help find it . Instead they issue a ridiculous claim (I've seen the exact same answer to everyone who has lost videos) saying they checked overhead video while opening the original box and confirm there were only 4 not 6. I would sure love to see that video as I highly doubt it exists. As a matter of fact I'd put money on that.

I think I would know how many videos I personally packed in there and marking the appropriate number on the box.

They lost my videos plain & simple and then insult my intelligence with their nonsensical excuses.

Whatever you do just don't use www.imemories.com website! They are the worst service ever and they are not to be trusted. They offered me a 30 days free trial and after I agreed they charged me. Yes, when I signed up I gave them my card details but I had no idea this was a scam. That was the biggest mistake I've ever made and there is no way to get my money back. Their free trial offer is nothing but scam and people who are behind this are criminals! Please, don't believe them!

iMemories is run by an unethical idiot. He stole from investors at his last company (Knowledgenet). And he is in the process of adding investors at iMemories to steal from them too.
