Nordcurrent is stealing from game players
I have played this game for a few years off and on and made numerous purchases only to have the app glitch, crash etc and gems and items purchased mysteriously disappear and conventiently to progress they demand more money/gems to repurchase the item to advance in the game. The higher the rating in the game the more you are scammed because they know missing a submission leads to your downfall. I think this app is heavily involved in fraud, stealing from game players. Talk to any game player in the app in their style houses and its all the same...players missing items purchased and missing inventory, missing gems they purchased and everyone agrees that Nordcurrent will demand and interogate you with emails asking for proof...once they receive the proof you get automated messages, no help, no refund.
Desired outcome: Apple and google play need to take action against their fraud and scamming of game players. Not once has either Apple or Nordcurrent refunded me for items not recieved. Company should be SHUT DOWN

So, essentially, the whole thing is a set up to get you to buy gems.
You can play a perfect game not lose a customer even upgrade and you will still lose the level. This is what makes this whole game a scam. They alleged to be out of the country and you can’t sue them.
Yes they have horrible customer service. They’re rude. You can send them snapshots of evidence. They’ll still come back with an obnoxious comment. They don’t respond for days. The slot machine rarely works. Everything is broken in the app and I’m surprised there hasn’t been a class action filed against them because they manipulate you to buy gems so you can have 500,000 coins but if you have 10 gems you really can’t get very far unless you complete some restaurant with 3 stars on every level which is very time consuming.
