continuos false statements of chakwal frenchise office
mr.adnan sales manager is a lier .i got zong cell fone with package of 1000 minutes and 1000 smsai made the payment and got the set.after loading the pakage it was told to me that such pakage is restricted to 15 days which is quite non sense .i was infoemed abut 15 days restriction intemtionally after i got the set and make payment.afterwards my ceel stoped to wark and i reported to sales manager.he chaked and asked to to provide the paking box etc.and get new set.but when i produced the accessereis box, he then informed that cell cannot be changed and it will be sent to compny for repair.on my querry, he told me that it will take a week for repairing.i handed over my cell to him on 9th july 2010. after expiry of one weeek, he told me that it will take 14 days .but now more than 20 days have passed away, i m still waiting for my repared cell.now the said sales manager is not attnding my call as he has no positive reply.plz help me as i m facing hardship due to the continus lieng of the stff and manager of said zong office.

The above mentioned Zong number user send Shameless and therating SMS at 17.43 PM Dated.30/01/2010 and do miss calls at at 17.24 pm dated;30/01/2010.
Kindly give me information about the zong user with full detail and also tell me about your action.

unauthorized billing charges
I received a bogus charge of $9. 99 on my t mobile phone bill from zong. I never received nor requested any service from Them and my cell phone carrier says they can not remove the charge! What gives! Can anyone from anywhere now cost you money by simply calling your cell number? What a scam!

This Zong sounds like a scam...what is to prevent someone from messing with someone and typing in someone's cell phone number... I just had my 1st encounter with this shaddy company... $133.83(US) in charges.. and yes Hill Ferguson..all the individual charges are under 9.99, but as you can see they add up.. very very quickly.. plus it appears that the same things were charges for repeatedly over and over.. I did not authorize anything.. nor did I enter my cell phone number on anything... Calling Sprint.. to have all these charges erased from my bill... $133.83(US).. come on now..
