Zone Fitness review: lack of customer service/care from receptionist

I sent an email requesting that they cancel my membership since they are closing the branch and got no response.Next day I call and I speak to the receptionist and ask her if she has seen my email and she rudely responds to me saying "I didn't receive any email .i don't work on Sundays"then I was like even if it's a Sunday ain't you supposed to check on e-mails that came through since you now at work and she was like ohhhh ok I'll check and get back to you.Up until now I have not heard from them.What kind of service is that .When they wanted me to join they were all sweet and kind ...now that I request cancellation of the membership they behave so bad.i am disappointed like 100%
