POS company doesn't respond or answer phone calls during business hours. Ive been trying to contact ANYONE from this company at this point to resolve the damage y'all's service has caused to my vehicle. This is a follow up complaint and 7 days away from a whole month since this incident. Whether I should sue, or should I tell the news so no one will utilize this companies service and will hopefully be replaced with a better car wash company. That being said any word is good word. And come on a WHOLE MONTH and I cant get one word. I swear greedy businesses these days.
Desired outcome: Fix my [censored] or I will sue.
Zips Car Wash - Car wash broke my mirror.
I went In to the carwash after work like a normal Tuesday and the machine broke my driver side mirror cap. Employees fishes it out and brought it to me and gave me no information on what to do. I left a ticket on Zips website and NOTHING WAS DONE! I've just about had it with this company and am ready to sue. Havent heard one word from anyone and this happened almost a month ago. Date that this incident occurred 11/17/2021 at around 6:50PM at the Zips Carwash in Helotes Texas off of Bandera Rd.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement or correction of the error and an apology

My name is James Peterson - LICENSE DVU2K6; RFID Tag #[protected]. When I agreed to a promotion ($34 wash for $14) in Jan 21, I was told that it was just for one month - your associate did not mention that my credit card would be billed at the regular rate starting Feb 21. I did not sign any paper documents for this promotion, I only inserted my credit card in the machine for a $14 payment.
After reviewing my credit card statement and an email from Zips, I realized that I was being billed for $34.95 on a reoccurring basis. Since I already have two vehicles with Zips I assumed that this statement was one of the two vehicles where I pay $14 each per month. I spoke with the manager (Janean) at the Bandera location (Helotes, TX), and she stated that I needed to contact the Zips' office for my February refund and to cancel this package. It has been two days and have not heard anything; additionally, Zips does not answer any phone calls nor return your call after leaving messages.
