Avoid! Nightmare company
AVOID! Do not call them. We needed a ride from the airport at 1 am in Barcelona. Never had been before and didn’t know our way around. Everyone else’s pick up was there at the gate as they should be. Ours couldn’t be found. We called and were told several times he was there and to wait. We waited..and waited.. he didn’t arrive for 40 minutes. That’s an eternity after a long flight. Then we spent the next 10 minutes looking for his car because he got lost. If we had taken a taxi, we would have been in the hotel by the time he found us in the airport. It took him 40 minutes in the middle of the night with no traffic to get us to the hotel. It’s a 16 minute drive normally. When he couldn’t find the hotel, he tried to convince us a church was the hotel. Luckily we were able to show him where the hotel was. We didn’t get to the hotel until 3 am. It was a nightmare. When I complained, they offered me 15% off our next ride. I wouldn’t even take a free ride in the future. Terrible business

Horrific Experience booked our transfer weeks in advanced, phoned before our trip to confirm, phoned on day of transfer to confirm. Taxi didn’t turn up in time phoned numerous times and constantly lied to about when he would arrive - leaving us in an awful situation. Finally turned up 35mins late, which then meant we hit traffic causing us to almost miss our flight - no apology just a “what can I do” - turn up on time would be the answer!

Overall, I would say that my experience with ZIP Transfers was not great. I would definitely think twice before using them again. It's a shame, because I had heard good things about the company before, but my experience was definitely not up to par.

I wouldn't recommend using ZIP Transfers. My luggage was delayed on the belt and the driver didn't wait for me. This happened when I was in Malaga. It was in the middle of the night and I had small children with me. The driver didn't wait for just 10 or 15 minutes more and I didn't get a refund. It was the worst experience ever! It's a shame that they didn't care about their customers.
