These things are a joke certainly not something anyone would knowingly pay $32.24 for the ones I received are evidently for a very small foot and the pressure points are certainly not placed in any way that would be helpful for anyone with a large foot. Consequently, the only purpose they serve in garbage can fillers.
Also, I noted many other complaints and many are pertaining to these same inserts.

I ordered the Done X Pro and when I received it, there was no original packaging...the unit has been used and there are several broken parts. I also purchased the warranty. $135 US equals $187.90 down the drain!
One of the toggles on the control unit is sheared off, the battery's USB port is not useable...crushed. There is no warranty information, only vague instructions. I have provided 2 pictures to show the battery damage and the packaged as received. Please refund my money or send me a NEW DRONE X that has warranty. Very very disappointed!

I ordered a Drone X Pro off this crowd through a FaceBook paid for it with PayPal 3 months for delivery what turned up was a KY 610S Drone nothing like what was ordered about $40 worth, I paid $135 US over $200 Ossie, I have not been able to get any assistance from either Zest or PayPal for this rip off these people should be barred from the Internet they are scammers Face book should tske up this case because i am shure there would be others that not found out they hsve been Scammed .

I should have investigated things more. How do I get my money refunded? What company is allowed to be bogus? Cant the government do something about these fake websites. I ordered Drone X Pro online. They delivered a used item, the items were not even properly packaged. There was no instruction manual, no charge cord, and there were only 3 landing gears instead of 4. I sent them an email last week stating I wanted to return for a full refund, they have not replied back to me. I asked Paypal to intervene. Don't buy from this company!
I also order a Drone XPro it took a long time to come. It does not work. I phoned PayPal filed a dispute, was told I would have to go online. I followed instructions and never heard from PayPal. Called PayPal again they gave you a case number and told me it could take up to a month.
I received an email from PayPal stating I have to send back the Drone before I can be refunded.
UPS told me it will cost 131.00, the Drone was 135.85 with warranty.
UPS also told me I could try USPS but once it reach the border (Where ever that is) USPS will not be able to track it and that will cost about the same.
Next day I received an email from PayPal stating they closed my case because I did not give them a tracking number for proof of return. I phoned PayPal and asked why they didn't give me a tracking number to return it, as I explained to them I received no paper work when the Drone arrived. PayPal will not reopen my case or drop ZestAds Limited Hong Kong as a customer. How is PayPal a secure and safe service to use? I still want my money back
I made two orders on Sept. 17, 2019 (one was for one drone Xpro the other order was for two more Xpro drones) & I only got the first order of just one Xpro drone. I emailed the company and was told all orders were delivered. I started a dispute with PayPal who contacted ZestAds Limited which sent the tracking and delivery information to PayPal. Paypal then closed the case in favor of the seller because they procured the tracking "evidence". Apparently no one from PayPal even looked to see WHERE they were delivered because it did show the one was correctly delivered to Georgia but the other order was clearly delivered "on the front porch/door" in Baton Rouge, LA. NOT where the delivery address on the order said for it to be delivered in Georgia. After chatting with a representative from PayPal this morning, they agreed to reopen the dispute and give the seller 10 days to respond. I tried to get the order canceled and ZestAds Limited never responded. Now I have to wait 10 days to see if the seller responds before I can get my refund.
Bought an drone X pro October 26th. Have not received it yet, nor been given a tracking number to state it was posted. Very shady company. Buyer be aware! If I don't get my product in a week or so will get PayPal involved.

I ordered a hearing aid on Oct. 1. It never arrived. It is now Nov 4. The money was subtracted from my bank via PayPal. I checked the tracking number provided, but there was no record of it. I looked at the URL provided but it no longer exists. I e-mailed the address provided but got no reply so far. The domain name expired on Oct. 1-same day as my order. Clearly a scam.

Received an ad from ZestAds Limitedi for a 'wonderful' drone... Ordered one Paid via PayPal... Immediately regretted my purchase after reading the unending list of complaints against this scam outfit. Also, ASAP filed a complaint... asked for reversal of order and refund.
(I suspect there'll be no such action, but hope others will recognize ZestAds for what they are: frauds, outright criminals.)

I ordered 2 fit toe get one free but it said my order failed to process. So I tried placing order again. I went to the next page and it processed payment of $117.90! The default for the quantity checked off the highest number and I wasn't able to review my purchase before it processed my payment. Attention... I purchased a pr-331-01 dronex pro from zestads limited on september 27th 2019 and recently received it... Upon opening it one of the motors does not work. It is a present for my son and I would like to resolve this problem so he can enjoy his gift. I am hoping this situation can be resolved with minimal complications as it not working to begin with is a very inconvenience and it also took sometime to be delivered after purchasing. I just made a drone x purchase on the 18th of November. Received an email saying it’s being sent out with tracking information, however tracking information doesn’t work, and several emails I’ve sent sent to perfect remains customer support have gone unanswered or responded to. I’m already expecting the worst if the thing ever even shows up. Wishing I never bought this thing from this company.
I actually got mine but out of five 2 were defective upon arrival. As for PayPal you can forget help. They will furnish refund but will not replace defective drones.

I purchased a PR-331-01 DroneX™ Pro from hotproducts.com which appears to be part of ZestAds, on 9 Sept, 2019. I was sent a drone, but not the one I purchased. The drone sent was a cheap $30.00 drone. I tried contacting the support center without luck. I was asking that I be sent the drone I purchased and not a refund. I waited two weeks for a reply, and received nothing. It wasn't till I got paypal involved that I got a reply. The reply was to send me to a different help desk. I contacted the second help desk, support@perfectremains.com, and they acknowledged receiving the complaint and that was it. I sent a second letter, again through Paypal, and this time I received a reply that stated that I could apply for a refund, after I, using my own money, paid to send the drone back, and they determine at that time if a refund would be given. This is a simple "bait and switch" tactic. IF I send the drone back, besides being out 35.00 to send it back to India, if THEY determine that there is something wrong with the drone I will get a refund, they never stated that if it was determined I was sent the wrong drone. As you can see, what I purchased is not even close to what I was sent.
