I bought an acupuncture pressure mat from Zestads through PayPal. I have emailed the company several times but no reply. I was not at all happy with the product, it's made from flimsy poor quality material and the mat is a lot smaller than advertised. I want to return the mat and get my money back. They won't answer my emails, what can I do to get through to them?

On August 6, 2019 my paypal paid $309.85 for a product that I have not received and I do not know what it is. This is very puzzeling to me and I would really like to know what I have paid for. I thought it might be some hearing aids but I have not received any information regrading anything pretaining to this purchase other than the shoponline-Zestadslimited. I am afriad that is a scam.

I have 2 charges against my bank account that are not authorized.I have no idea what products these are for! I believe my account has been hacked. If you have more information, please advise.

Ordered your product on june 22, 2019 and received on august 5, 2019. These are hard plastic insoles (2) pair. Cost$81.89. I can't wear these and your return policy states that if "i'm not happy" I can return. I want to return. I assumed for the price I would be getting a high quality product. This is a sham. I purchased from a facebook ad. I received just the insoles. No return information, address or phone # to contact. Can you please help me.? This is a lot of money for a fixed retiree income. This item shipped from china and the address is in chinese on the package. I purchased thru my paypal account and have notified them. I plan to go to the ftc if I can not resolve this matter. This is a scam from all of the complaints i've seen on the internet. I would really appreciate any help you can give.

this product burned skin. I tried cancelling, email with no success they keep charging me for a product that burns skin with welts. poor company to work with now I'm disputing with credit card company. there is no commutation with this company I would not recommend this product or company to anyone. this product is hazard to the skin . please cancel

I want to return this item and receive a refund.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for Lights that could be used in the case of a road accident or car problem to warn drivers coming from behind that a car had stopped in this lane. The advertisement said that cost of each light was $US6.00 (6 dollars) as I remember but best purchase was 5 lights with which you got 7 free. If you look at my Paypal last 2 entries for Zestads Ltd the product is Cosmolight. It then went on to say that for another 5 the cost would be I think it was 40% off to which I said No but then it said 5 more plus 7 free for 60% off, I think it was to which I said Yes. The payment method was Paypal which was then processed without my actually seeing the final Paypal transactions, as I remember. I was shocked when I received the 2 Paypal payment notices which are US$ 129.00 and US$72.00. I have not received any documentation on the sales from Zestads Ltd. I have looked for Zestads on the Internet and it says nothing about the Cosmolights but only some toys. I am beginning to wonder if this is a total rip-off for my money and whether I should ask for you, Paypal, to cancel this purchase. Paypal said that I would have to wait at least 10 days to see if the products were delivered in spite of the fact that I said I had not doubt that this was a scam and that other people might be hurt in the meantime. The ad never appeared again in Facebook or at least not on my Facebook page. I did receive 30 lights some 4 weeks later. There were no batteries and no instructions. On opening one of the lights the space for a battery is about the size of an Australian 10 cent piece but I have no idea what power or if they even work. The traffic emergency lights do look like the advertisement. My complaint, way overcharged, no documentation of sale, won't work without batteries. Bought through Paypal. Am in dispute mode but feel the people who did this are long gone and the account into which Paypal paid my and other people's money cleaned out and closed.

I accendently ordered two watches emailed them and told them to cancel one off they told me it was already shipped and theres nothing they can do one was $63 and they charged me $98 for the second one I only recieved one watch! These people are scammers and thieves do not and I mean do not do business with these thieves they wont answer my emails now either so I have to esculate it with paypal to see if I can at least get back my $98 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Suddenly two payments for over 30$ came off my paypal account I thought it was suspicious activity pay pal said it wasn't, so I wrote to Zest Ads. Suddenly I got an invoice for slim patches. I never ordered them. I did look at them on Facebook but never ordered them. How come I suddenly get an invoice when I complain. I have asked for my money back and have cancelled what appears to be a recurring payment instruction.

The payment were debited on the 10th AUGUST. I complained yesterday the invoice I received was dated yesterday...A coincidence or what. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I ordered these iPhone cables and paid via PayPal, the money was taken immediately. Other than a receipt from PayPal i have not received any correspondence with regards to this order despite numerous requests.

Communication is non existent from this company and judging by the sheer volume of complaints, all of which echo these sentiments, I request a full refund.

I would advise anybody and everybody against dealing with and purchasing any items from this company.

I returned this antenna because I no longer needed it. I returned the package on May 7, 2019 to the post office unopened with refused written on the package. I'm still waiting for $69.85 to be credited to my pay pal account. I need an answer why I have not received my refund. This is the package. I filed a claim with PayPal and was told they were in favor of the merchant because I had no proof of the return. I was also told by the post office that a receipt nor a tracking number would be given since there was no return label, but pay pay insisted this is what I needed. I was also told by the post office on July 29, 2019 that the package was scanned in Chicago on May 18, 2019 going back to China, but they won't accept that either. I do not know what to do at this time. I do know I do not want to pay$69.85 for something that I returned. This item was ordered on March 4, 2019 it was delivered on May 6, 2019 this is the tracking number LT599096663CN. I hope this problem will be solve soon. Pay pal is demanding payment of $69.85 with a collection department calling me for payment. This is a dishonest transaction that need to be investigated. I'm an 81 year lady I don't have time for unnecessary problems

I ordered 1 item and have received 3 of same on my e-mail. I need to cancel 2. The item was ordered on Sunday, August 11. at 11.55. I ordered a hearing aide with warranty. Then two other hearing aide orders appeared on my e-mail.
The second order was for 182.85 and then a third order appeared for 79.97. The item was from ZestAds Limited and the item # was STP-127-01. My original order was for 262.82. Please cancel the 78.97 and 182.85.

My recent order for Wonderslim recently shipped. I have tried to contact the company several ways to cancel this. I have now ordered PayPal to no longer pay this. Please stop shipping me these items and cancel the autoship. The product does not work.

I ordered this product a few months ago, the tracking number tells me that it had been processed in the destination country on April 19, 2019.
I have not received the product to this day (August 10, 2019). After multiple attempts to retrieve the product, I would now like a refund for the product I did not receive.
The total cost of my transaction came to $24, 86.

I sent an order in, through pay pal, for a total of 93.75, on May 18, 2019. I have never received my order. After searching for my receipt, I finally found it. It accompanies this complaint. I also had fraudulent activity on the debit card that I used for this purchase and I expect that started with this purchase. I am very upset that, not only that this company is suspected to be a scam, but that they were able to get more money out of me through my bank account.

My name is Rocklyn Hamilton. I have been cheated out of money from this seller. This seller goes under many names, just to fool the public, and Zest Ads doesn't show up until after you have been scammed, and it shows at Paypal. You never see this name until then, and you can't research all the complaints against this company until you have become a victim of this company. I fell for the ad, showed 80% off for 1, $10.47 and $4.95 for shipping. Offered 3 for the price of 2, I declined the offer, and before I got to the end, saw that I was charged $58.42. I immediately called PayPal, and they sided with the scam business. I am sure this business is a paypal client, so after 15 years with paypal, they didn't believe me when I told them that I only ordered one, and that I never received a receipt, and now a month later have never received any neck brace. This company is totally criminal, no conscience, and Facebook needs to get them off their website, but they don't care. Paypal doesn't care, and I'm out $58.42. No one cares. I hope that this warning will help someone else not be scammed.

I noticed an item on my PayPal account which I did not recognise. It was for$20.90, company Zest Ads. I told PayPal I thought this was suspicious activity and asked for a refund. They refused . I then mailed the mail address on the transaction details, toysareready, they mailed back to say they had no record of the transaction. I told PayPal, still no refund. PayPal customer service is appalling where this company is concerned - I don't understand why since it seems a lot of people are having problems with ZestAds. PLEASE RESPOND
