Zenni Optical review: Bad customer service

I had a similar experience with ordering from them previously and having no issues. Then out of the blue I ordered and paid for rush shipping. I was lied to by their customer service representative. They never processed or even shipped my order until a complaint was filed with the BBB. Also they have not even responded to the complaint or refunded me for the shipping. Left a bad taste in my mouth and because of that I would not order from them again nor would I recommend them. Something has changed in their way of dealing with Customers. Also, when I went to my eye doctors. They warned me about ordering from Zenni. They said a lot of their customers come in with glasses that they ordered from Zenni and the lenses and prescription are not right. The glasses that I got from my doctor feel great on my eyes, are nicer than the ones I could get from Zenni and the quality of the lenses just feel so much better. So I recommend people be careful when ordering from them.
