I went to zaxbys mooresville nc. They for got an item of food in my tray for a drive thru order. I called when I was home and told them they needed to make it right. They refused so I told her I would just write a bad review. Then she says she will have to talk to a head manager and call me back. She took my number and name. And I never recieved a call. Then I wrote a 1 star review on google with no response. And noticed that they never responded to any bad review on google. Without careing. Because of how this location represents your franchise I refuse to eat zaxbys if there is no change in y'alls customer service.
Maybe they refused because you did not ask nicely.
