Zaxby's - Service and food

Not often I file complaints but when I do it's for a reason. I purchased food on Saturday 7/24 and I asked if the meal came with sauce and celery sticks . They said yes but of celery. I got home and there was no sauce. I drove to the store and got sauce and celery. Today I went back and when I ordered I asked does all of the sauces and celery sticks come with the meal, see said yes. I placed my order and told her the sauce was not with my order yesterday. I drove up to the window and paid for the order. I told her again when I paid that the sauce was not in my order yesterday and please make it is in the bag today. I also asked about the celery sticks and she said they were out. She brought the bag to the window and I asked is everything in the bag. She said yes, I asked again or you sure the daisy and boneless wings or on the bag and see said yes. I drove home and my son opened the bag and got his boneless wings. First thing he said was they were way over cooked. I open the box with the chicken fingers and they were over cooked. I liked for the sauce and nothing in the bag. I immediately called and told the person that answer I had just left with my order and was bringing it back and my money back. I told her about the day before and what was wrong with my order today. She said I understand I said I was leaving home on my way back.
I drove up to the window and handed them the bag and said I was the one that called and just give me my money back. I had no intent to talk to anyone I said what I had to say when I called. The manager came to the window and asked what the problem was. I said I called already and told y'all and I'm not repeating it. She said I did not talk to her and she could not help unless I told her what was wrong. I said no I already told y'all over the phone just give me my money so I can go. She said no I did not talk to her direct and I needed to tell her direct what wad wrong. By this time I was more upset than ever. I told her in a tone that she did not want to hear. She kept telling me to calm down if I wanted her to help. I told her I am done I just want my money back so I can leave. She said I will need your card. She asked if all the good was in the bag and I said yes except for the sauce and celery sticks that I did not get. She took her time and refunded my card and said have a good night and I said thank you for saying you were sorry, she turned and yelled what did you say to me, I said thank you for saying you were sorry and drive off. She made it clear that I was the problem and was not going to apologize for anything on behalf of Zack's. I'll stick with Canes for now I'm done with Zack's. Hope your franchise gets it together soon.
