Hello, I am a loyal customer that comes to Zaxby's often! My family loves your food, BUT, when you spend 40 to 60$ at a time most I would expect my food was worth my money.. attached is 2 pictures one of the family pack fries and 1 of my chicken bacon ranch fries that is absolutely not what it's supposed to be, I have never been served such mess for a family meal!

My location of this restaurant is getting worse and worse... I would like my whole order replaced if possible... Receipt is on my app.

Desired outcome: Replace, I emailed pictures
