Zaxby's review: Inedible food

Top and bottom buns on 6 chicken nibblerz were hard as rocks. Took items home and realized that the food was inedible. Drove back to the store asked for replacement food and refund since I had to make a special trip.

Brenda R, manager on duty, accused me of throwing food at her which was a blatant lie. I tapped a bun on the counter to demonstrate that the food was not edible.

She was so angry that another employee had to pull her aside. I thought Brenda R was going to become physical with me.

I left the store with no food and no refund.

Desired outcome: Brenda R is apparently not qualified to be a manager on duty. I would like a full refund. Extra gift cards will not be beneficial since I will drive the extra 10 minutes to eat at Chick Fil A or Raising Cane's.
