March 24 1:30pm i went through the drive thru and placed an order for the b1g1 big zax snack (1 ranch 1 honey mustard) with the survey receipt. I was told my order would be $8 even. Everything went smooth with ordering. Once i got up to the sliding doors to pay. I of course had my debit card in hand and was looking down to grab the receipt for the b1g1. The employee grabbed my card, said $16 something, turned her back and headed Back into Zaxbys to Run my card. I Knew she didnt have the receipt and I TRIED Stopping her by Saying loudly..Excuse Me? Hello? HELLO? Her back was to me and she did Not turn around. There was at least 2 other employees within ear shot Who SHOULD have Seen Me waiving my Hand and saying Hello/Excuse me. Anyhow, I was Ignored. When the girl that had my card returned of Course I was Still sitting there with the receipt in hand out my car window. The employee Looked at the Receipt and blamed me for her Not Knowing i Had ordered this with the receipt and for not giving her the receipt? I explained that i had tried stopping her to give her the receipt. The Zaxbys girl Than rolled her eyes Turned her back on me Again in conversation and went back in the building. Idk how long i waited until a Manager with an Even WORSE Attitude...Who HADNT even Spoken to me Yet...Comes out with 3 receipts. Rudely telling me She Refunded the 1st Charge minus Some Charge for 1 ranch and 1 mustard ...Than Again Charged my card for The Orginal $8 and than aggressively handed me 3 receipts. Than Almost Immediately I Had a Back Turned to Me Again by This Manager Who NEVER Once Spoke To Me About ANYTHING except to TELL Me WHAT She Had Done With MY Order and My CARD? Unbelievable...
Desired outcome: Idk to Actually Be Refunded. Better Training if Possible for these woman.
