Zaxby's review: Customer Service

The manager of the Zaxby's was cordial and professional. Unfortunately, I observed one particular individual that was very unprofessional and rude to customers. To resolve this issue, I would recommend that the staff demand that the employees take sensitivity and professional decorum classes to resolve future instances from escalating. From my experience, it only takes one bad apple!
