It is with great sadness that after 16 years of shopping with Zales, I will no longer be visiting the shops in my area. Today I experienced the worst customer service in my life. Due to the store manager Au****. She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. She was making rude comments from the moment she approached me. Then proceeds to tell me she could not find several pieces of jewelry in the system, even though I had them inspected and cleaned 6 months before, and for the past 15 years. Brought her the purchase voucher which has the SKU # on it, and she still "could not find it in your system". She is not fit in any way to work in customer service, much less as a manager. She needs to be demoted until she's had proper training on customer service
Desired outcome: Managerial demotion and a response.

You won't be missed if you let ONE BAD EXPERIENCE stop you from returning. Nothing rude about her saying she cannot find the item in the system. Also, if you are less than 16 years old, how can you have been a customer for 16 years? Or do you just act like a kid?
