I was booked a appointment with a employee name Willow Gira who gave me her name when I said I was going to make a formal complaint on how disrespectful she treated me as a customer. I was given a appointment of 11:30-12:00. Can you believe the store doesn't open till 12:00 on Sunday. A employee who doesn't even know what her store hours are. I have been doing business with Zales for 25 years and I have never been treated so badly by a employee. I have spent a lot of money there and will be the last time I spend on anything there.

Desired outcome: I need for her to be talked to about how to treat customers. If you have employees like that you won't stay in business long. Customers come first
