Avoid Optimum Professional Property Management like the plague, yo. They're straight-up garbage. *** and Optimum are on some shady stuff, partnering with the towing company and *** agency. They jacked my ride while I was doing some work at my crib, then had the nerve to stiff me on the tow fee. They clearly ain't about making things easy for us homeowners, they just wanna make everything more complicated. Stay far away from these fools.

i got some probs with Optimum Profeshnl Property Managmnt Inc. theres this dood whos a boss n also on the bord n he dont listen 2 nothin. i complain abt stuff n he just rejects it w no fairness. sux man.

Homewner here and I gotta say that Optimum Property Mgmt ain't the best. HOA ain't the same for everybody. They treat me like trash and pick at every little thing just cuz other people been doing worse. It's ageism and discrimination for real. They always talking to me like I'm a child and don't deserve to be heard. And they expect me to rat out my own neighbors! That ain't my job, man. It's on them to do their job right and be professional. And don't even get me started on manners. They ain't got none and don't show me no respect. It's all about fairness, man. I started beef with my landlord at Optimum Property *** about my patio cover that wasn't attached. They agreed in writing that I could keep it until 10/15/22 and no fines would be charged. I emailed the property dude on 9/22/22 with pics showing my bare patio, but he's playing games and won't release the fines. They're holding up my escrow closing and it's freaking annoying. The prez lives close by and could easily confirm the patio cover is gone. They need to stick to their word and take the fines off, like they agreed to in writing.

I stay at Lakeside condo in *** where Optimum Professional Property Management *** is in charge. The guy who handles our association can be a real problem. He has no respect, yelling and cussing (fu) at us and speaking to the owner of Lakeside and three witnesses quite rudely on October 18th at 6pm during a meeting discussing plumbing problems. The meeting didn't last very long, only about three minutes, when *** yelled (cussing) and yelled at the two other people to leave. We told him to calm down and try to solve the problem instead of yelling and arguing with each other. The Optimum plumbers they sent over told us that it is a common pipeline and not our inline piping like I had already told *** numerous times over the phone. She would always speak rudely and threatened to put a lien on my property so that was the last phone call I had with her. The October 18 meeting was set up with a payment of $4500.00 with no proof received.

I'm renting at Columbia Court and Optimum Professional Property Management, *** sent me letters saying I had paper on my window. They said it's against the rules and threatened me with fines or legal action. I showed them pictures that it was really a cloth curtain, but they still sent me letters later claiming there was paper under it. This property manager *** doesn't understand that having paper under a cloth curtain is silly. He keeps threatening me and my elderly landlords with no proof. It's making my landlords anxious that they'll lose their property.

This company took over in December , and ever since they started managing my property, I have had issues with payment management. They are charging me Late Fees, Late Interest Charges, and Late Statement Fees every month, which seems to be a tactic to force me to use their E-Billing source. They have sent a few letters stating that they are trying to fix the billing system, but they blame the USPS for delivery issues.

However, the Late Fees, Late Interest, and Late Statement Fees continue to show up on my monthly invoices, even when I pay a month in advance. Sometimes, the invoice and email seem to come from different sources. Despite receiving confirmation of payment, I still get charged Late Fees. I have written to them several times, and they keep telling me that I skipped a March payment, even though I have proof that I paid it in full.

I do not want to use their e-billing resource as I prefer paying my bills through my bank, which has helped me maintain excellent credit. Optimum charges $68.85 if I do not use their e-billing system, and this feels like bullying and harassment to me. I want the Monthly Late Fees to stop, but I do not know how to fix this issue. Any advice or help to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
