Bought my new home in the middle of May.. told the office about cracks on the wall inside our home and they say they would get it fix within 3 days, when the date was confirmed I missed work to be here and let the worker know where all the cracks were. No one should or called to cancel. Till this day no one has come to fix our ploblem. Third time I've missed work waiting for someone to show up. Lack of customer service that this location has is ridiculous

    Customer Service has done everything in their power to resolve the complaint. All attempts to contact the customer have failed. Therefore, the complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and its services are concerned.
