I had booked a hotel room at Signature Inn, majestic, Bengaluru on 24th Oct and made payment at 1.01pm via Gpay. the amount was debited from my account but has not reflected in the booking.
I have been trying to connect with customer service of Yatra for the past few hours but all the toll free numbers seem to be redundant.
I need the matter to be taken up asap from your side and the amount of Rs.738/ be refunded immediately. I hope the matter will be settled amicably or else I will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and other social media platforms.
Claimed loss: Rs.738/-
Desired outcome: I need a complete refund of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 738/-.
