My order LP00108654620150 with china origin for lisboa is in my country but as your company did not contact the distribution company hence I can not find the order since the tracking number is international and CTT are looking for national traces please contact my company that is the CTT to deliver the orders since there is still time. please try to find a solution to this problem since I need it. I ordered the necklace on 30th August it said it left the sorting center on the 4th September and have not had any updates since it said it was supposed to arrive by October 4th but it hasn't and anytime I try to track it all it says is in transit 33 days and when I tried to track it on an post it's not recognized so does that mean it's not even in the country yet

My parcel has been in transit for 28days now. It only says left Beijing processing center last Sept 11 and no more updates after that. What happened why it takes time to be delivered. Also the destination country is wrong. But the seller confirmed to me that it was sent to right address. Everytime I checked with Yanwen the destination is Kuwait. Please look into this. This is not good.

I don't think they will ship an item worth Rs. 21000/- without a valid tracking number.
Advice you to take it up with DHGate.

I ordered wireless earphones a month ago, and to this day there is no clear indication of where my item is or whether it has left the country of origin. I try using the tracking number to get an update on where the item is at the moment, and all I get is that the item has been "dispatched out JIMC A AIR " and it has been that way since the 31st of August at 04:52. Given that so many others share the same experience, I would say that the Yanwen tracking system is a farce. The tracking system says that a parcel I ordered arrived at the destination country post office 4 days after ordering, yet the item has not been received almost a month later. I would suggest that Yanwen consignments are sent via ship, not air.
