I have tracked this item and it says buyer to collect but does not give an address.
I purchased this item in November and the deadline was the 9 January 2020.
I have emailed the seller and he is on holiday until the 5 February.
No contact details for the tracking company.
Any ideas?

My package is in Amsterdam waiting for pickup. But the package should get delivered at my home address : Hoogmadeseweg 46, 2351 CT Leiderdorp Netherlands.

How to resolve? I am not going to travel to Amsterdam for pickup, it needs to be delivered at my home address

I placed an order on November 24, 2019 for a pair of Leopard printed Sneakers. The price was $110. which was charged and paid for by Pay Pal. The sneakers were shipped by Yanwen, CN on November 29, 2019. Transaction # 9AM79479FU662802J.

These were Gold Leopard Sneakers, size 5.5.

I did not receive the sneakers until a couple days before Christmas, which put me in a bind wondering if they would be here before Christmas. (Since this was a Christmas present). However when I finally received them they did not look exactly like the ones I ordered and also I found out the price was extremely higher than I thought they should be. We did find some here for $30.

My package says "Dispatched from Yanwen Sorting centre" as of November 14, 2019 at 5:04pm. It has not moved since then. No updates and the tracking number doesn't show up on other tracking sites (Canada Post). Is there any way to get more information as to where my package is? I understand it's the holidays, but I ordered my package November 2nd and it was Accepted by Yanwen on November 13th at 12:58pm. The tracking number is LP00155219580384. I just want to know where it is. I know I won't get it for Christmas, but I need to know if I'm getting it at all.

The tracking information shows me that my orders latest information is "2019-10-19 21:12, departed country of origin" and now there is a text saying to contact your support team.

Delivery says 14 Days. For 5 Days it has been in China. I do not see this arriving on time even though I did pay for registered express post
