When buying on eBay ask seller which courier they used.
If it is Yanwen do not buy.
I have 5 items from China not received.
Yanwen on tracking will say arrived destination country. That is the last thing you see.

I have 3 undelivered packages from Yanwen company in China.

One package states that it is unsuccessful delivery I don't know why, and two other packages are delivered to destination country for so long with no updates.

I need those packages urgently.

I made Amazon liquidation pallet order(customer returns pallet online. Style whole/grate/value).It has to be very heavy stuff. I got in real small bag with cheap backpack, toy and wallet. It is terrible> I paid for pallet with a lot of stuff, including electronics. I paid $59.99 for what? I am very disapointed

This is so unprofessional yanwen is an express compony they shouldn't take over 50 days to deliver let alone their toll customer service number it rings and rings nobody answers.

Tracking number ug018941185yp this state that it has been forwarded to royal mail tracking number 0b0513025000d09782126 on Wednesday 2nd June 2021.
I have been in contact with royal mail and they have not received it can you tell me where the package is and when royal mail will receive it as it has been well over a month now since it was supposedly sent to royal mail?

I ordered some makeup from a reliable store and they sent my package; it cleared the initial process of entry to my country, and the next day it was marked as delivered. I tried emailing the seller and Yanwen about it; I even tried calling.

Never got an answer from Yanwen and the seller is refusing to refund me since the package was marked as "delivered" the product was close to $100 and I will like to get a refund from my product since I have lost hope of getting my package.
