Their service is vastly inferior, which is why they need to use these underhanded tactics. This kind of misbehavior by powerful tech companies needs congressional pushback and subpoenas.
I was disappointed that I was required to give a star to submit my review. A more accurate scale would allow awarding negative stars, which this deserves. Its just dishonest and deceptive marketing.
