So I originally contacted Xbox when my Xbox was first bricked after a system update bricked my console again wiped out my Xbox console but since it was out of warranty that went nowhere so I had to get the BBB involved in order for Xbox to even respond but all or their solutions or what they told me I already done the 2 people I talked to was like here try this or something we relayed messages via email I have all email messages saved even the last stating as they do not make said console anymore and was closing the case and would not help me anymore and the BBB closed the case as well
Claimed loss: 1500 total As I had console and extra controller and rechargeable batteries and all the games I had for my Xbox
Desired outcome: I would like a newer version of said Xbox like. Xbox X series in a 1 TB version
