Laser Pros is a total rip-off! We got scammed and now, after more than a year, they're calling us to send more ink. We didn't even order any more ink, but they keep insisting that we did and they're being so rude and condescending about it. Their paperwork is a mess, so even if we try to check, it's useless because it's all a joke. Don't be fooled by them!

DON'T DO BUSINES WITH THIS COMPANY...! They are scam artist. I did a TRIAL and was told I'd get $100 gc for doing so, after a few months I get a box with 20 Cartridges and they won't take them back unless you pay some crazy restocking fee. Victoria and *** will say anything to get you to try these and once you give them a chance them scam you! DONT DO IT SAVE YOURSELF hundreds of phone calls from them.

Don't even bother picking up their calls. Same thing happened to me like diane said. They made us try their stuff and then made us take 10 or pay a restocking fee. Then last year they made us pay 30 and said we were in a contract. Now they're making us pay 33 and we still have 32 of them in our office. I asked them to cancel the order, not send anything, and not bill us. But they won't listen. This is not cool. I complained to the ComplaintsBoard.com this time because they're threatening to sue us and send us to collections (for stuff we don't even have).

Laser Pros, Inc. is a total rip-off! They trick you with a "free trial" and then hit you with a whopping 20% restocking fee if you return the product. What a scam! And don't even think about getting a refund, because they only give credit. So basically, you're stuck with their overpriced refilled ink cartridges that cost twice as much as new ones. Plus, they charge a ridiculous $41 for shipping and handling for just four cartridges. Our invoice was a whopping $69 for refilled HP ink, when you can get brand new ones for only $35 on Amazon or Microcenter. Save your money and buy new, or go to a more ethical place like Costco for recharged cartridges. Don't waste your time or money with Laser Pros, Inc.

I'd give Laser Pros Inc a big fat zero if I could. We had the same problem as others with the rebate gift card they sent us - we couldn't return the ink we didn't even order. I called another Laser Pros sales line to ask about the gift card, and they asked if I meant to call Laser Pros Inc in California. Apparently, they've been getting calls from people who fell for the Laser Pros Inc scam. There are only two employees, *** and Victoria, and they were both a nightmare to deal with. Victoria even threatened to report one of her team members to ComplaintsBoard.com for using frustrated language. She kept interrupting me and trying to make me prove that another team member was lying. I tried to explain that we didn't know that using the rebate would prevent us from returning the ink. We spent $5,000 on 12 cartridges, which is insane. I checked their website and called *** again. I told him that there was nothing on their website about the gift card preventing us from returning the ink. I said we would ship the ink back and not pay the invoice. *** didn't seem to know anything about the website and told me not to ship the ink back to their office on Verdugo Blvd because they're a third party. This company is shady and illegal. I'd give them -5 out of 1,000 stars.

Laser Pros, Inc. is a total rip-off! They charged me for ink that I never even asked for. And to make matters worse, *** is a liar who scammed me into buying more ink that I didn't want. Now they're trying to invoice me for even more money! I specifically told *** on the phone that I didn't want another order, but they went ahead and sent it anyway. Don't waste your time or money with these crooks!

This company be sendin' stuff without askin' first. They be chargin' us 6 times for invoices we didn't want, and each one be costin' $524.17. All them invoices be havin' the same date of 5/6 and the numbers be XXXXX, XXXXX, XXXXX, XXXXX, XXXXX, XXXXX. I got the invoices and receipts to prove it.

I got a toner cartridge to try out from Laser Pros, Inc. in 2/20. We paid for it because I couldn't get a return label. They called me and said thanks for paying and they were sending a $100 gift card for a rebate on that cartridge. I used the gift card and a week later, I got 5 more cartridges that I didn't ask for. I told them on the phone that I didn't want any more toners. I called and talked to *** to return the product, but she said I couldn't. I didn't order toner and just want to send it back. I didn't sign any contract or agree to these cartridges.

Laser Pros Inc. keeps sending us Toner and Drum Printer Cartridges that we didn't even ask for. They did it again last week, on August 1, 2022. We already told them in April 2022 to stop sending us their stuff because we didn't order it. We also deleted our credit card info from their files from the last time we ordered. The cartridges were just left on our dock by some dude and we're gonna say no thanks and send them back. We haven't gotten a bill yet, but if we do, we want them to fix it and charge us only for what we actually ordered.

Got some ink cartridges that I didn't even order from Laser Pros, Inc. So, I asked them for a shipping label to send them back. They called me up and told me about some ink cartridge deal, and I said I wanted two. We paid for that invoice and then, after a few weeks, I got a whole box of extra cartridges that I didn't even ask for. I called them up and talked to ***, and she said she'd work on getting me a return label. She called me a bunch of times during the week of March 30, saying she was still working on it, but because of the Covid-19 virus, it was taking a while to get to the right person. Then, today on 4/8, *** called me up and said there wouldn't be any return label. I could either pay the 20% restocking fee or exchange them for something else. The total invoice price was $***. I just want a return label for these cartridges that I didn't even order.

So, this sales guy from Laser Pros, Inc. called me up and said they got some high yield toner for me to try. They sent me two toners and we decided not to order more. We paid for the two toners and thought that was it. But then, a few weeks later, they just dropped off 10 more toners at our place! I called them up to return it, but they said no way. They said we had to take it because we paid for the first two toners. I told them I didn't agree to that and I don't want any more toners from them. They said we had to pay for the 10 toners and then they won't bother us anymore. But now, they're trying to send me 12 more toners that I didn't even order! I'm so done with this company. They need to stop bugging me and sending me stuff I don't want.

Laser Pros sent us some toners to try out, but then they sent us more toners that we didn't even ask for. They won't take them back and they sent us a really big bill. We tried to talk to them, but they didn't answer us. We looked them up on ComplaintsBoard.com and saw that other people had the same problem. We don't want anything to do with them anymore and we need help to fix this. In the fall of 2019, someone from Laser Pros called us and offered us a trial of toner for one of our printers. They said it was just for 2 cartridges. We got the toner and then they sent us a bill for $404.54. That's a lot of money! They charged us $46.54 just for shipping! We paid the bill because we thought it was for the trial. In March, they called us again and said they needed to confirm our address for a gift card and an order we placed. But we didn't order anything! They sent us 6 more toners and 3 bills for $400.94 each, plus $42.94 for shipping. That's a lot of money again! We called them and they said we couldn't return the toners because we used the gift card. But we never got a gift card! We didn't order anything and we don't want their toner. We just want to send it back without paying for shipping and we want the bills to be cancelled. We always make a Purchase Order for our supplies, but we didn't do that with this company.

So, like last year our boss bought toner from Laser Pros. We got 6 cartridges and paid for them. Then, a few months later, we got 6 more cartridges that we didn't order and a bill. We were confused and thought we made a mistake, so we paid for them. Then, in October , we got another 6 cartridges that we didn't order. Our boss wrote to them saying we didn't order them and didn't want any more shipments. They said okay and that our sales rep would be told. But, we still paid for them. Then, this week we got another notice of shipment of 6 cartridges. Our boss called and found out he signed up for a 24 toner package for a set amount of money, but he didn't agree to that. He wanted to return the last 6 cartridges, but they said no. So, I called and they said we owe them $1700 more in future payments, but they couldn't give me any written proof of the contract. We don't want any more product and just want out. We will keep what we have. Their invoices say they will take back product, but they won't. We just want to be done with them.

I got a call from Laser Pros, Inc. in October offering a gift card if I tried their "high yield" toner cartridges. They said I didn't have to return the gift card or buy more cartridges if I wasn't happy. But then I got an invoice for $562.44 on 9/6. In October, they said I had to pay for another shipment of toner. I agreed to split the payments into 3 installments of $757.14. Then in April , they said the same thing. I agreed again because they said I was contractually bound by accepting the rebate gift card. I paid 3 more installments of $757.14. Then on 10/29, I got 6 more invoices for $757.14. I only agreed to this final shipment if it was the last one and we wouldn't be contacted again. They confirmed this over the phone and in an email. But on 11/5, I got a voicemail saying we had to pay for another shipment. I called back and emailed, but they didn't respond. I emailed again on 11/10 saying we don't want any more toner and won't pay for it if sent. They said we're still liable and it will go to collections. We won't pay anymore and will file a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com if necessary. It's been a hassle and we're done with them.

This company sent us stuff we didn't even order and now they won't take it back. They called us up in October or November and wanted us to try their toner cartridges. We said we didn't need them yet but they sent us some anyway. We got 5 cartridges, one black for one printer, one black for the color printer, and three color cartridges. They said we had a year to use them or send them back for a rebate gift card. But then they sent us an invoice for almost a thousand bucks! We didn't even use any of the cartridges yet. They said we had to pay because we used the gift card. We were stuck with them. Then in February , they sent us 15 more cartridges, even though we only used one of the first ones and it wasn't even good quality. They sent us way too many cartridges and we couldn't return them because of the gift card. We had to exchange some of them for different ones and pay more money. We got six invoices for almost 500 bucks each! We finally paid them all off in June . Then in February , they called us up and said they sent us more cartridges and a gift card. We didn't even order anything! They said it was part of the first order but we didn't know that. They sent us 12 invoices for almost 400 bucks each! This company is a rip-off and we won't be ordering from them again.
