Microsoft review: My account is stolen and microsoft is not helping

I have a son who uses XBox. I didn't know that by authorizing him to use his XBox on my account that someone could steal my Microsoft account, Onedrive and XBox login.
SO Now I cannot use a spreadsheet at my desk. My entire Onedrive is gone and my lifelong photos are probably gone too.
Whenever I try to login it gives me the person who has my account with their email ending in .ru I imagine that means a Russian person has my business files.
Any verification for Microsoft is insufficient. Why not go ask the guy who stole my files if he has a single email or charge for the account. I sent over hundreds of dollars in charges but no. I cannot be the owner.
Any person with a Onedrive or files stored online should be concerned that this same thing could happen to them. And who do you call. Good luck finding a single phone number for Microsoft.
I have four laptops on my desk. Each one is running windows. I buy Microsoft 365 always. Excel is my favorite. I will be looking to rid myself of anything Microsoft. F them MF"ers
