I called once for advice (that was supposed to be free). I did give the $5.00 minimum as a tip to the veterinarian.. And since then I have been charged twice for something I did not agree to.. I was charged $44.00 on two occasions since and when I tried to contact them by phone number I get a run-around saying the number changed and for a charge of $3. And some cents they will put me through to a contact... I just got off that road and will not travel it again!
Recommendation: i strongly advise not to use this company as it is a scam .. they may give you advice, tell you it is free, and still follow up with a hefty charge to your credit card..
