WorldMark by Wyndham review: Worldmark timeshare

St. George Utah 11/1/24 at the mtg we made it clear we were happy with the one Wyndham acct we did have that we used, won't use Worldmark & haven't yet to present. Shared with salesman Rob we were bldg in Black Hills. They immediately pivoted we should do the RENTAL BUSINESS, A LIE. They will teach us, we'll pay off our fees & more, we can rent out our SD rental in Vacation Share and their Worldmark sites along with our points. Come to find out too late you can't do that. Only your timeshare can be rented out. THEN our Mar '25 FL mtg. That salesman said Utah did it wrong and he needed to FIX the problem which doubled our costs what we had in Utah which we haven't yet used & didn't intend to. He convinced us he had to mistakes made in Utah. $16,000 was put on a card, paid monthly fees until 11/25. Costs us out pocket minimum $21,000. Everything they said was nefarious. I texted for a while trying to meet to get the instructions for the rental business they promised. It's a scam. We want it cancelled & reimbursement. I have sent letters and left reviews regarding our reimbursement and cancellation.
