My review would be from 2013. I know that I was happy to do business with this company. I now have a reason to look them up again. It is good to see this company is still in business. I think it is the same company. The logo has changed.

Resort Closings, Inc. helped us with our timeshare exit and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were patient with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Payment wasn't made until closing, which made us feel more relaxed during the process. Their professionalism was top-notch. Thank you!

Buyin a timeshare can be quite nerve racking so findin the right agent is a must. John K at Resort Closin made the process close smoothly. We have seldom ever encountered customer service to a 5 star level. Resort Closin is truly a 5 star professional group to work with. Keep up the ngreat work !

Great experience! I did lots of research and reached out to many different companies who said they could assist me. They all seemed kinda shady and the prices were all over the place. Resort Closings is honest, clear, and has a more fair fee. My escrow agent was on it and answered all my questions quickly during the whole process. I totally recommend them.

He's real experienced and knows a lot 'bout the timeshare market and works with ya durin' the transfer process. I highly recommend him and his company and plan on usin' him again in the future.

I used this company to transfer a WorldMark contract. They were on top of everything. Unlike many other closing companies who ask for the full amount upfront, they only asked for a small amount upfront and charged me the rest after the final transfer documents were signed. There was a small issue from my side and they helped us out and were patient and professional through the whole process.

I had a real challenge come up with my timeshare this year that was recently bought. I believe in the end the challenge actually fell onto the resort's responsibility but they would not assume that responsibility. In the end, Resort Closings, Inc. called me and assisted on RCI's behalf to right the situation for me and my guests. I couldn't have been happier with his customer focused approach and understanding throughout a difficult situation. This was a #WOW kind of customer experience with him and I am nothing but thankful for his help! Thanks so much! :)

I bought 3 timeshares from Resort Closings, Inc. So far, only 1 of the 3 has closed. The first one was supposed to include points, but it didn't. When I found out, I asked *** about it. He told me that the buyer never transferred the points and he couldn't help me. He wanted me to sign it over to him so he could resell it. I mentioned that we had a contract and all that, and then he offered me another seller contract. Alternatively, his manager offered to book me a vacation using someone else's points. I asked them about the estoppel, but it turns out they don't actually request them. I later discovered that the contract never included the points that were added to attract bids on ***. When I went back on ***, I saw that the listing had been taken down. I contacted ***, and they informed me that the seller removed the listing. They also assured me that they would launch an investigation into the seller. I wanted Resort Closings, Inc. to transfer the contract into the original seller's name, but they wouldn't even inform her that she could be sued because of the contract we currently have.

Don't do business with this company! It's frustrating! I was referred to them by a timeshare wholesaler. At first, they seemed to be on top of things, but then they stopped communicating with me. After many emails, I finally got a response, but it didn't provide any information. It was just a simple "Hi, yes we are working on it" kind of reply. Then, more silence for weeks that turned into months. Finally, they emailed me asking for signed papers and other documents. I thought progress was being made, but then they went silent again. I sent more emails, but got no replies. Now, it's been a year since I started this timeshare transfer and we're back to square one, asking for more signed papers and so on. I expected this transfer to be done by now. It's been 1 year and 3 months since I started, and they now say they can't reach the buyer, so they can't proceed. What a waste of time! And they haven't replied to any of my emails since then. Don't do business with this company.

I paid Resort Closings, Inc. a total of $7,105.00 to transfer my sales 4 timeshare. So far, they have transferred 2 timeshares out of my name, but instead of sending me the money from the sales, they sold both of them. When I asked them why, they said that *** Vacation Club was supposed to handle the transfer, but when I contacted ***, they informed me that Resort Closings had made changes to the contract. Resort Closings should take responsibility for this, but they are refusing to do so. I paid a total of $54,450.03 for the four timeshares. I am confused about this whole process and I need your help.
