This company made this so very easy for me they always talked to me in a warm, kind manner, they listened to all my concerns,and paid attention. They would call me back if I called after hours, as soon as they opened the next day,just a wonderful bunch to work with.

I just began the process with this company, but have been very pleased. *** has been kind, helpful, friendly, patient, and very efficient! He explained everything so well I had very few questions. And the questions I did have he answered to my satisfaction. If the rest of this process is as pleasant as working with *** I'll be adding another review. Thank you

My experience with Seaside was good! They did get me out of my timeshare, and that made me happy . They need to communicate with the customer at least once a month just to let us know we are still working on your exit agreement. Too much time lapse like 3 or 4 month before I would hear from someone. Other than that they were very Professional ,knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Seaside Consultant for your services

I just signed with Seaside today so this review will be brief. I have spoken to three representatives and all have been friendly, knowledgeable and express that they will be helpful and here for us during the process. I signed with them for that reason and because I am from ***; I like the idea of a local company...not just an IP address. I look forward to working with Seaside and getting out of my timeshare.

I have been trying to reach someone to find out why this process is taking so long. It stated 100% customer satisfaction and I am not satisfied. It stated credit protection and my credit is messed up. No one will contact me to help me and I have paid my money to this company. I'm starting to think this is a scam. I'm scared that I have wasted my money and I still have this timeshare that I was never able to use. And Seaside does not appear to be helping me. It's been over 2 years and I still have the timeshare and now I have bad credit also.

Working with seaside has been a good experience so far. we are probably half way through the process. seaside reached out too us about a month and half ago to keep us updated. and the firm that handles the credit protection and the lawyers has reached out a couple times to inform us on where we are in the process and what to expect. the only issue we had was with the lawyer and I contacted seaside and seaside corrected that immediately .its all a process just have to believe in the process. I would recommend seaside consultants to exit you Timeshare contract

Review update-I appreciate Seaside reaching out to me and assisting me with my timeshare case these past few weeks. I know that during this pandemic, all businesses were in disarray and caused many customer delays by many not being contacted within a certain time frame. I was concerned because I never heard back from my previous agent but my new agent, Ashley D, is a great asset to the Seaside team. She has been very efficient in keeping me updated with everything! With that being said, I give Seaside a 5 for much-improved efforts in assisting my previous concerns and case.

You shouldn't have to be told , when you can vacation or spend your life savings on something that is an NEVER ending payment. Being told 1 thing and end up paying another thing. Seaside consultants showed me , there is a way out of a bad decision, your not stuck in a situation you noticed isn't beneficial for you or your family. Seaside consultants showed me that ? I don't have to continue to be taken advantage of, being lied to continuously and paying for something, I can't used whenever I want to. Thank you Seaside consultants, now I'm recommending others to you that have been suckered into these bad timeshares.

I was contacted by this company whenever I was searching for an attorney to help us get out of an RV timeshare. Everyone I have talked to has been super nice. I do, however, wish we were contacted, by phone or email, without me having to ask for an update. I do understand they have a large amount of clients and I tell myself no news is good news. They have an excellent track record with the company we are trying to exit so hopefully it wont take much longer. Regardless of whether they voluntarily contact me, I would highly recommend Seaside. I am constantly reading their reviews, which all speak for themselves.Thanks Seaside for all youre doing for me and my family!

100% satisfaction is a lie. We could have just stopped payment on our property and saved the money and stress from going through this organization. The attorneys assigned to us through Seaside who were supposed to be on top of the process had not reached out to us until almost a year after we started the process with Seaside. The firm had informed us that between us starting the process to get out of the timeshare and the time they finally took initiative to contact us that our timeshare had been listed as abandoned. Our credit is shot. We are being hounded by collections agents. We paid thousands to Seaside to ensure this did not happen only to be swindled further out of more money on this regrettable BlueGreen timeshare.

I've been talking to Seaside for about two weeks, and I would give them 4 or 5 stars easily for being friendly and available for questions. For the most part, their representative, ***, has been great and informative. I have two significant concerns. That Seaside will protect my credit while I'm not making payments. I want more information about that process because I'm trying to buy a house, and I can't afford to have my credit hit for missing paymentnext, information regarding the attorneys who will be working on my case. I wanted to know who they were and talk to them before spending over $5000. I don't make a lot of money, and before I give someone my money, I want to make sure they are who they say they are. I've talked to many time-share exit companies, and it doesn't give me confidence when I can't speak to everyone involved, especially the attorney.

When I first started working with Seaside Consultant group I was hopeful of getting out of my timeshare. Now Im unable to get in contact with anybody. Its like they forgot about me. They have not been keeping me updated on the case or anything. Even with them partnering with *** a part of me felt like that was a distraction from the real deal. *** kept saying they are disputing the time share and the credit card off my credit report and to look for the letters from the bureaus. Finally after like 18 months of working with them their finally decision was not to dispute because Im receiving positive feed back from the timeshare. So what have everybody really been doing in the past months? Its like nothing is connecting and Im feeling lost like Im still going to be stuck in my time share and I lost money with this company who said they could help free me

I had the pleasure of meeting Kristine G at Seaside, over a general telephone inquiry. Not only did she give me all the time I needed to have each of my questions answered, but she followed up by e-mail letting me know she was at my disposal. I offered to have a follow up more in depth consultation over the telephone. I also offered to pay for her time. Kristine indicated to me that what I needed might not necessary require to retain Seaside services as a consumer advocacy group. She simply wanted to give me a few steps I could first follow to see if that could solve my problem. She also asked me to let her know what the outcome of her counsel revealed. I have never encountered such help and assistance without paying for services. I must have talked to Kristine explaining my situation around 20-25 minutes on the telephone. She was very attentive to my predicament & was eager to simply give me answers. I followed each of her recommendations and my time share related debt was resolved fully. I am forever grateful for such "free" customer service by Kristine at Seaside. Word of mouth is the fastest and best advertisement a person/company can receive. I will recommend Seaside (Kristine) to anyone in a predicament like mine as often as I am able. Thank you Kristine for your concern to my needs. Keep up the great job you are doing for Seaside.

After months of payments , I see no proof of the cancellation process being successful or that its being worked on at allI see no proof that this is even a legitimate company & not a scam I took a chance hiring Seaside Consultants Group due to being ComplaintsBoard.com verified , but perhaps theyre not deserving ! I give two stars because they did provide a client intake chat , a lawyer contract signed virtually, & tradebloc membershipStill , I have received virtually no correspondence or updates , despite reaching out monthly for a receipt of payment confirmationThey respond saying I will look into it & never responds & never updates me on the case While I was told it can take over a year for results that does not excuse the lack of outreach or even response to a client When you sign up they require you to provide your bank account information to take paymentI refused & opted to send wire payments , the representative *** was very angry & irritable any time I made requests He would say Ive worked very hard to get you this deal as if I didnt have a right to ask questions & make requests I assure you over 4K & no follow up is no deal Ive been very patient reaching out to client services *** as well as *** & before they shell off responsibility to the assigned attorney KLG , Ive reached out to them by phone and email to no avail Once I finally got Rich on the phone today , he immediately transferred my call to a line that went to voicemail mail Use caution before hiring this service I am not pleased or even satisfied at all

for my thoughts on Seaside Consultants Group. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with their service. They really helped me out with my timeshare burden. I was stuck with a timeshare that I couldn't afford anymore, but Seaside Consultants Group came to the rescue. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I had a lot of questions and they were patient with me and answered everything. They even gave me some tips on how to avoid getting into a timeshare trap in the future. Overall, I would definitely recommend Seaside Consultants Group to anyone who needs help with their timeshare. They're the real deal!

I gave Seaside Consultants Group $1500.00 on March 6th to sell my timeshare. They said they would sell it for a profit within a year. But they didn't sell it and they didn't cancel my original timeshare contract with Sapphire Resorts. I bought the timeshare in Las Vegas for $12000.00 in May .

about Seaside Consultants Group. They have been unresponsive to my requests and have failed to provide any documentation regarding our claim against Bluegreen Resorts. Despite multiple attempts to speak with the attorney handling our case, we have not received any calls back. In my email to them on 8/26, I clearly stated that if we did not receive a call by 9/1, we would be demanding a full refund of our $7,394. Unfortunately, we did not receive a call and have not received any documentation regarding our claim. We also requested any documents that Seaside Consultants Group had filed with the Attorney General regarding Bluegreen Resorts, but they did not provide any. It is frustrating to deal with a company that does not communicate or provide the necessary information. We hope that Seaside Consultants Group will take our concerns seriously and provide us with the documentation and assistance we need to resolve our claim.

This place is a joke. I signed up for their stuff on September 2nd. In March , I sent them an email complaining and telling them how mad I was that nothing had been done about my case yet. The law firm that was supposed to be working on it hadn't even contacted me. Now it's May 27th and these guys have gone and reported me as being 120 days late on my payments, even though they promised me credit protection. They haven't done anything to protect my credit like they said they would. I talked to some lady named *** in their credit protection department and she told me they were filing disputes. So I called Experian myself and the customer service person there told me they never got any disputes from these guys since they reported my account. Apparently, the address on the dispute from Seaside Consultants is wrong. The legal department at Seaside Consultants hasn't done anything except offer me the same thing that the people I owe money to have offered. This is a total waste of money. I'm so mad at how bad their communication is and how crappy their service is. I want my $3,098 back because they didn't do what they said they would.
